Great for all around shopping. Basically whatever you need you can get here. Depending on the time there's usually a wait for cash out, unless you go to self checkout.

Was really disappointed how the staff treated an elderly lady “scanning slowly” (as per staff member who did not have name tag) in self checkout when there was no staff check out lanes available. Where’s the human decency and compassion?

This location is clean and organized. staffs are friendly.

I was in the store July 2nd at 730. I'm a regular who buys things regularly for my business. I said to the lovely stock lady who was stocking the shoes, your always here working, do you ever go home? Giving her a compliment on how hard she works. I guess being nice is unacceptable because she then proceeded to gossip about me to her coworker and said Oh my gosh she was acting like I was her friend! Lol no I was just being a nice human bean who was giving someone a compliment. I am a decent human bean so I have a great group of people in my life. I have a feeling with a attitude like that, she does not. I have had it truly with the miserable people who work here. If you hate your job so much keep it to yourself and don't be rude to customers who are actually nice, it's crazy! I will start shopping again at Costco!! Enjoy stocking your shoes in misery!!

I stopped shopping here for months after how rude staff are at this location. I feel like the younger generation gets looked down at for work ethic, I find the younger staff to be helpful and actually polite here. All the new hires in the past month actually say hello and smile. I don't how ever find the older ladies who work here regularly happy at all. There are too many of them to list at this location. I would say at least 70 percent hate there jobs. A lovely stock women with a cart actually looked at me when I was walking and said in a condescending tone, oh don't worry, I have all day. Lol I guess I was walking to slow on my only day off grocery shopping for my family. There is a word for those kind of women but it's not coming to me at this moment lol.Ps. Apparently all hard working people are all shop lifters as well. I was buying my 6 year old a backpack because his zipper broke. A women with short grey hair at self checkout came up to me loudly and told me to open the bag like I had hidden stuff in there. I have seen her do it to other people as well. She gets a kick out of embarrassing people that definitely don't deserve it. It's apparently store policy when I asked. I bought another bag the next day just for giggles, no one asked me to open.

First thing, the vision center does not follow the hours posted online.Second, they refused to serve us 15 mins before they were going to close because they had already shut down all the computers and till. Then argued with me about how its not their fault the hours were wrong online.I work in retail. If a customer walks in even 1 minute before closing, you still serve them!

Worst experience ever. This store is totally messed up. Tried ordering a laptop 5 time's and each time the money was taken out of my account and then they canceled my order. Checked with my bank, np o their part. Talked to customer service and management at Walmart and was told they would resolve the issue...absolutely the worst experience trying to order for them. They never returned my calls as promised. Good bye I will never set foot in your store again.

Walmart wants the customer to do the work so they don’t have to pay full time employees but they don’t trust us to do THEIR jobs. Having them check what has been scanned because you might not have done their job correctly. Totally embarrassing to the consumer.

This location is regularly out of inventory and takes months to restock simple necessities. Their online grocery shopping is a joke…twice I’ve received emails that my order is on its way with a driver and hours later I’m still waiting. I call customer service to find the driver has cancelled my order!!! They have my phone number….wow…. I’ll never tip before receiving my order again. Better yet I’ll order from somewhere else.

I dropped in to the vision center for a quick repair on my glasses today. The guy working was fantastic. Fixed me up in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Cant remember his name...Port Elgin store
