The customer service from the office staff was phenomenal. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, & very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Raydar for your autobody needs & repairs. My windshield was backordered for several weeks and they contacted me as soon as it arrived at their shop to book me in.

Repeat Raydar/Carstars customer and the service is phenomenal, which is why I keep going back as needed. Work is well-done, counter service is excellent, and they even washed the interior of my car upon completion of the repairs. No issues with ICBC claim, if there was then they took care of it. Highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and excellent workmanship.

The staff at Raydar Autobody really took great care in getting my vehicle in as quickly as possible and fixing up a large dent. Taylor, was quick to respond over the phone and text. He gave me a quote before starting the work and kept me updated throughout the process as well as setting me up with a loaner vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and did an excellent job, my vehicle looks brand new and ontop of fixing up the dents and paint, they also cleaned my car. Thank you so much! You guys are the best!

Very courteous and easy going. Answered all our questions and they did all the paperwork, which was well appreciated and such a refreshing change from other experiences we've had. Provided us with a courtesy car for the duration of our repair which, due to supply chain issues, took much longer than anticipated. The office staff did their best to keep us informed of their progress and when we picked up the car, everything was perfect. Battery was charged and our vehicle was sparkling clean inside and out! Highly recommend this service.

It was a pleasure dealing with Carmen and staff at Raydar Auto Body. They were very friendly and explained what would take place in the repair of my Mustang. The repair was done exceptionally well and my car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. Would highly recommend Raydar for your collison and paint repairs.

My car was rear ended, and I was told Raydar was the place to go.It was great service. They kept me up to date with my repair and when the parts were in, my car came back out looking brand new. I recommend them!

This happened a year ago- sorry for the late review, but I stumbled upon this shop having a 4 star review which is very much undeserved. I came in with ICBC when I was rear ended, all it needed was to get a dent out and to paint some scratches on the tire cover and replace the latch on it. They never replaced the latch and the tire cover flew off while on the highway a week later (lifetime warranty where???) luckily it didn’t hit anybody. Raydar would not take responsibility for this, even though I brought up the fact that the latch was not there when I picked it up, they assured me saying that the hooks on the inside were sufficient, the latch was supposedly only to hold a lock. They also discouraged me from taking a walk around the car by driving it out to me and leaving it in the middle of the road so I would have to move it immediately, even though there was nobody parked in front of the building, I did take a look, but I wasn’t versed enough in cars to know that it wouldn’t hold. When I came in after the tire cover flew off, the receptionist would not let me speak to whoever fixed my car, claiming that she was the daughter of the owner (that was another fiasco) and there was no contact information she could give me. I hope their staff is now better trained, a mistake like that could injure or kill someone. Additionally, all of my badges are missing (they cost like $5???), they never connected my top brake light, my trunk door makes a sound that it didn’t before and the colour of the paint is way too light, but fortunately the lack of tire cover tricks the eye into seeing a colour match. It also took 2 weeks to do all this work, in which I was renting a vehicle from them (through ICBC so, free, but they were charging ICC by the day). All in all I don’t see how this company has 4 stars? Am I the only one? I will post photos if I’m able to

The staff handled everything very well and got my vehicle in and fixed in a very timely manner. Top notch quality and excellent people to deal with!
