was recommended to go here over another body shop in area. Made an appointment 3 weeks later and took vehi\cle in for icbc clai\m.. was told would \be 90 bhours of fiberglass work and would be 6-7 months to get it in,after waiting 6 months started calling to see when i could bring it in, left messages several t6ime for manager to call me, no one called back.. finallywhen i did reach someone they tol\d me they dont do motorhomes anymore , and i would have to take it someplace else, I was very upset as it was now 9 1/2 monthsd later and i had to find another shop to do the work, only to find out from UCBC thgat they never even sent in the repair estimate after me driving the vehicle down there to get estimate done ..I proceeded to ca\ll there hea\d office and left message for regional manager. Still to this date no call back.. worse business pratice and customer service ever. would never recommend this place, only to find out from my friend that recommended them, they totall disappointed him too, both of us will never u\se boyd ever again,

They did a great job on my van. The paint job matched emaculately. They even supplied a rental car when I dropped the van off and organized the rental vehicle to be returned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited months to get my claim estimate done. Boyd’s was supposed to reach out to me in January and never did, then I left countless voice messages asking for them to call me back to get my RV in to be repaired. Side note my claim was submitted in October last year and I had to wait this long. Finally I reached Maurine in March who never called me back and she claimed my file was lost and there was nothing she could do to help me. She is a liar and unprofessional piece of work that wouldn’t let me speak to anyone above her and claimed she didn’t have her bosses contact number. Later, I went into office in person and found her bosses office to be right next to hers. My file was lost numerous times and parts were “ordered” and re ordered and “lost” End of story if you want awful service and to wait 7 months for a very small job then you have found the right place.In addition to the logistical nightmare that this shop is an employee there who provided shuttle service made mention of the incompetency from the front desk and how Maurine has said uncomfortable things and would rub their shoulders in a inappropriate way.This is my first time making a complaint about a business and I have pretty low expectations but please do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

Well it is true that I had to wait a very long time to get my car in for both an estimate for an appointment, I know the industry is experiencing labour shortages at this time are. Nevertheless, once my car was finally in the shop they did an amazing job and it looks even better than it did when I bought it. And I was upset over the long wait, but they redeemed themselves with their service and personality when it finally came to be my turn.
