Wife and I have been to Howard Jewellers a few times in the past year. From our very first visit, we were well taken care of. Even though we have primarily worked with Frank, the entire team at Howard Jewellers has been welcoming and attentive.Frank has been a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and understood our needs when we needed to purchase a ring. He made the experience of selecting and customising the ring very memorable.On the day we took the delivery of the ring, not only did the ring look great but we were also surprised with a watch my wife had been dreaming about for some time.Overall, we had a great experience at Howard Jewellers and could not be happier with the service we received.

Fantastic!  The business is amazing to work with, a wonderful team of professionals and a great atmosphere. This is a family owned and operated store that started out in the Ottawa area in the late 60’s that has grown along with the community it serves.  I am proud to report that none of this appeal has been lost with the passage of time, this will be immediately apparent to you from the moment you walk in the door.  The greatest indicator to me of a healthy and robust culture is a staff who have worked together for many years. Without doubt, my experience as a customer was directly influenced by a group of employees that has been invested in by a management team that very much cares for and about for its people.  The depth of knowledge of this team exceeded all of my expectations.  Aside from ensuring that I was welcomed, what really stood out to me was the attention to detail that took place.  Everyone that I spoke with really took the time learn about me, ensuring that I was appropriately matched with a product that actually suited my needs over one that was simply being sold.   It was this this degree of care that not only made my experience memorable and enjoyable but one that will see me as a returning customer for many years.  Should you find yourself in the Ottawa area, a visit to this business is a must and will be well worth your time.

This is where you want to go for exceptional sales and service. Of course they have beautiful watches and jewelry, however for me it has been about making what I have more wearable. I have had a chain shortened, a ring rhodium plated and single earring turned into a pendant, all of which was done top notch. Special thanks to Stephanie who suggested turning the pendant sideways and to Alexandre for outstanding customer care.

I purchased my Tudor watch about two years ago and have worn it daily since. More recently, I purchased my wife’s engagement ring in September and wedding band in December. I looked around Kingston and Ottawa beforehand and am very happy I chose Howard Fine Jewellers! The level of service you will receive is leaps and bounds beyond what you would receive from a retailer in a mall or online. You are able to see the products in person and make an informed decision, which is a big consideration for me when buying rings or a watch.I cannot thank Stephanie enough for her help! She provided many options for a diamond and ring, returned calls or emails quickly, made appointments easy to schedule, and was genuinely excited for me at each step of the process. Additionally, Stephanie was able to meet our compressed timeline for a wedding band and it is super helpful that a ring can be sized on site! We couldn’t be happier with the engagement ring and wedding band combination and are glad we did not go elsewhere.There are more great things about the customer experience at Howard’s than I can list here. I recommend them to friends and family and look forward to my next visit.

I have gone to Howard over the past couple of years to get my watches serviced and consider them far and away the best jewelers in Ottawa. The staff is warm and inviting and genuinely interested in you enjoying your jewelry. While my experience with many other jewelers has been that they are only interested in you when you while you are buying, this certainly isn't true at Howard. Whether I am there to adjust or service my watches, or simply browsing, the entire team is genuinely friendly and takes time to check in on me and see how I'm doing, always offering me coffee or tea.I also highly recommend Sonja specifically to anyone looking for watches or other jewelry in Ottawa due to her kindness and professionalism. For instance, while I was getting a watch bracelet sized at Howard last week, Sonja overheard me talking about how much I wanted a Tudor Black Bay 54 and how I was unable to find one due to how in-demand they are. To my surprise, and despite the fact that I did not have an appointment with her, Sonja immediately brought me aside and let me know that they had just gotten one in stock and that she would be happy to let me try it on. Sufficed to say I was so happy with how it looked on my wrist that I am now its proud owner! Overall incredible experience.

Excellent products, excellent service, and, most crucial excellent taste. A gem in town. Thanks a lot to Frank, who is very experienced and has a keen eye for beauty. Frank can find the perfect match for my mother-in-law, my husband and me. We are all very impressed with his excellent sense of aesthetic and colour combination. It was a very satisfying, happy and no pressure experience with Frank and the whole team.

I have been a customer of Howard's for over twenty years. I have always loved premium brands of watches particularly Rolex however with quality often comes cost. Stephanie, however, was great at developing a strategy that enabled my wife and I to purchase three Rolex watches over the years. In addition to the preceding, I have also purchased numerous earrings for family members. Stephanie, as with the watches, made practical recommendations taking into consideration a variety of personal and fashion elements all of which have been winners. I have always found that Stephanie and previously her father, have always guided us in the right direction by providing great advice with all our purchases. Security is intense (understandably) but staff is SO kind and inviting! Luxury stores like this are stereotypically “snobby” but that’s certainly not the case at Howard. They didn’t have the watch I was looking for, and despite the fact that they knew I wasn’t going to be making a purchase and continued providing flawless service says it all!

I have been using Howard’s for over 10 years.I moved to BC and tried other high end jewellers but nothing even comes close to the quality, customer service and experience that you receive from Howard’s. I save all of my high end pieces for them to service and purchase exclusively from them :)
