Rizwan came shortly after my request fully prepared with the latest styles and best prices right to my house at my convenience. I originally just wanted to get one staircase done, but the quality and price was so good, I added more to the order. He did all the measurements and gave some great advice. I ordered on the spot and Rizwan completely accommodated my schedule when it came to installation . The carpet arrived very quickly. Mark was sent to do the instal. Despite our home being a bit of tight squeeze, Mark figured out how to get the carpet installed quickly and efficiently. We got the best underpad and I was frankly surprised at what a massive difference it made on our feet. The carpets on our stairs and landings look fantastic and are incredibly soft. I would highly recommend Love Your Stairs and will definitely use them again for any future work in my home.

Excellent work by Rizwan and team. We were looking to replace hardwood on two floors and refinish stairs. First off, Rizwan is a pleasure to deal with as he is super responsive and listened carefully to what we were looking to achieve. Second, while he is busy, he was able to fit us in a reasonable amount of time and his team worked very hard and fast. Rizwan and team went well out of their way to source exactly what we wanted to upgrade the handrail. Most importantly, we love how everything turned out! Thank you, thank you, thank you!Update: We have now finished the staircase with a beautiful runner. I had a pretty good idea of whati I was looking for and Rizwan got all the samples I was interested in. The installer did a perfect job so it's now all come together. Thank you once more!

Overall we’re satisfied with the carpet and the sales and installation process. One thing Rizwan did not mention before the project was that the carpet seams on the back on the floating stairs would be so visible. We talked after the installation and he said this was normal when the stairs are wrapped with carpet, which is fine, but it would have ideal to have been informed of this beforehand. Otherwise a great experience.

I highly recoomend Love Your Stairs. Dealing with Rizmi was a delight from start to finish. He came over to the house, showed us the selections at different price points, listened to our needs. When we finally settled on the runner for our stairs, the price point was better than what we found in carpet stores.Rizmi had told us that it would take 2-3 weeks for our order to came in, but it arrived in less than 2 weeks. Both installers that he sent worked fast, cleaned up after themselves, and were very pleasant to deal with.

I kept forgetting to write this review and it has been a year, but our stairs clearly look great! Rizwan is very professional and warm - he will help you choose what works for you. I have recommended him to others because it is *such* a different experience working with a small business than a big chain! Also, his selection of options is so extensive for runners for your stairs! Installation was so quick and professional and I can't recommend them strongly enough.
