I had a great experience with Smart auto Financial. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly and were able to help me get a new car. George Wong was the agent who helped me out and I cant thank him enough. He was very honest the whole time and did everything he could to get me in the car that I wanted. I cant thank George and the Smart auto financial team enough. Would definitely recommend paying them a visit if you are in the market for a new car.

I have been searching for a car for the past 8 months, been to many dealerships and spoke with many advisors in search for the best deal for me. This is my first time owning a car, so it was very difficult to do it all by myself, which is why I am so grateful for Ashley. Vennessa Taylor was is fantastic. I originally went to a dealership to a car. I found a car that I really loved and had my heart set on. The dealership was not able to finance the car for me and won't tell me that they were not able to finance it and didn't even know what was the problem. They were just made me wait for a week for no reason. I thought I lost the car and unable to to purchase it. By some luck I found Smart Auto online and got connected to Vennessa Taylor, she was so kind, approachable and honest, professional, knowledgeable, solutiondriven. She not just found me a better financing than the one dealership originally offered me, she also managed to finance the car I loved from that dealership and she got my insurance all setup for me with a amazing price, and she did all this within couple of hours. While we were waiting for the car to be transfer from the dealership, she was keeping me updated and she made sure I have my car before the long weekend, so we can use the car during the long weekend. I honestly didn't need to do anything but go pickup the key from her, she took care of everything for me. I feel so lucky to find her and will be going back to her for all my future car financing and shopping. I highly recommend her.

We had a great experience working with the Smart Auto Financial Team. They were very intentional and you can see that they put the customers first before business. Vannessa was our consultant and she was very helpful and transparent, we thought we were not going to get approved but she gave us hope. My experience at Smart Auto Financial was good & very punctual. My application was approved the same day as I recieved a time frame when my car should be ready; and it was. Not only was it prepared, but it was also delivered with a reasonable fee. Definitely recommend this company!
