Great service, car was in good condition and clean. Early drop off is available.Their office is not on site, so you will need to take the free train to Viscount station and call them at the phone booth downstairs. They will come pick you up with one of their rental cars(No name shuttle).

Ace Rent A Car is a fraudulent company that operates with the sole intention of deceiving and defrauding innocent customers. Their practices are nothing short of a scam. They lure you in with false promises and low prices, only to hit you with hidden fees and charges that were conveniently omitted during the booking process.But their deceit doesn't end there. Ace Rent A Car takes it to another level by fabricating damage claims on rental vehicles. They will accuse you of causing damage that was already there or exaggerate minor wear and tear to extort exorbitant amounts of money from you. It's a despicable scam that preys on unsuspecting renters.To make matters worse, their customer service is atrocious. When you try to dispute their fraudulent claims or seek clarification, they dismiss your concerns and refuse to provide any meaningful assistance. It's as if they are trained to ignore customer complaints and protect their scam operation at all costs.Save yourself the trouble and avoid Ace Rent A Car like the plague. Don't fall victim to their scam and fraud. Choose a reputable car rental company that values honesty and customer satisfaction instead.

Car pickup and drop off were very good. Car was clean and well maintained. Good value for the money. My only complaint was solving the Rubicon that is, how to actually get from Pearson terminal to the car location. After three phone calls we were given very clear instructions, but why weren't these sent out in confirmation email?

Got good service for rental. Need to have about 15-30 minutes after you arrive in lineup.Fleets are new on low kms and no issues. Of course you can’t expect Avis or Budget top tier premium cars here so is the price. Got good service from Jimmy

This is the worst company to deal with. I had an unfortunate incident of having a windshield chip and I got it fixed, after getting a verbal authorization from them. I submitted proof of payment and proof of job done. They were not happy with the job and charged me $700 for a windshield chip!!! I am not only out of pocket for the job done, but also my deposit!! After following their said direction, they did not stand by anything. They are not only untrustworthy but flat out liars. Very unprofessional and would request everyone to be careful!

I have rented a car from Ace rentals, directly from the website, price was reasonable, Kunal helped me and he was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The process went smoothly, it did however take a long time about an hour wait to get the car, they had me wait for them to do a car wash then inspect it and take pictures which seemed to take a long time especially it was noon time and pretty hot outside. The car condition was decent, had some wear and tear but served the purpose. It was well maintained and in good condition otherwise, it accommodated our needs ( we rented a minivan).Returning the car also took time (inspection and taking photos). Overall good experience with ace rentals and all the staff is very polite, kind, pleasant, helpful. My only suggestion would be to deliver/receive the car with shorter time.

Office was so busy, no one helped or greeted us for over 30 minutes due to everyone being on break." Check in and pick up process was not communicated well. Apparently supposed to be a shuttle that picks you up from airport station to bring to off airport office

It's the last station from Terminal 1 to Viscount Station. At Viscount Station, near the escalator, you'll find a rental car phone attached to the wall. It's important to note that other rental car providers also use the same landline phone. Once you call Ace Car Rental, they will pick you up within 10 to 15 minutes.Ace Car Rental charges an additional fee for insurance, and if you plan to travel out of the province, you should mention it before taking the car. It's crucial to carefully check the car when you receive it. I recommend capturing more photos and videos of the car for documentation purposes. During my first visit, Ace Car Rental took around C$700 as a security deposit. Additionally, it took them a considerable amount of time to arrange the car, which was a drawback.On my second visit, we booked a midsize SUV for 12:00 PM. However, they didn't provide the car until around 2:30 PM. Despite the delay, the car was in good condition and brand new. It's important to take more photos and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before leaving the rental location. I suggest arriving at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. This time, Ace Car Rental increased the security deposit to C$1000. They do not accept rental car website insurance, and without insurance, they will charge a security deposit of C$2000.The major issue I faced was the significant amount of time it took to arrange the car. However, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient.In conclusion, if you plan to rent a car from Ace Car Rental, I recommend going early to pick up your car and taking as many photos as possible. It's crucial to carefully inspect the vehicle and check everything before leaving the rental location. Keep in mind the extra charges for insurance and the increased security deposit. Despite the time-consuming car arrangement process, the staff is helpful, and the location is convenient.

KUNAL, the guy in the front desk is very attentious and helped us with every single doubt we had.News on the day of drop off the car. When we got the car, the man responsible for the checkin noticed a damage below the bumper and informed it on the customer inspection report. However, for my surprise, in the day of dropping off the car, they allegged that that damage was new, and mark identified previously was related to a risk only.The photos can not show exactly the damage, so I am relying on the man responsible for the checkin honest for me not to be charged.Today (may 18), they returned to me informing that i would not be charged.
