Over the past 3 years I have hired BM Contracting for 4 major projects; the erection of two buildings from concept/plan to completion and the complete renovation of two houses. BM Contracting always demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity. I found them to be very reliable and hardworking and true to thier word. They helped us to relaize many savings during our projects and our structural engineer commented on how impressed he was with thier workmanship. On another project the local building inspector stated it was one of the best framing jobs he had seen. Since then I would not use anyone else. So thankful my wife and I went with BM contracting. Brad is very professional, detail oriented and clearly takes pride in his work along with his crew.We hired Brad to do our floors, exterior siding, new stairs for our entrance and a deck. They did an AMAZING job on all of the above and we couldn't be happier.We are using BM contracting in 2023 to build a new garage on our property. The best part is brad takes care of the job start to finish and we didn't have the stress of hiring multiple contractors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Brad and crew Dustin and Jerrod (BM Contracting) was hired to frame my 40x48 barndominium. Everything seemed to be going well at first, but it became apparent they were not prepared for a job this large. Quality of craftsmanship was lacking from the start. Walls were not braced properly, resulting in walls that were not square and level. They framed a large window opening using 3 ply 2x8 as a header. This was a huge structural issue that required immediate replacement with the proper triple ply LVL 2x16 header. I'm fortunate to have caught this at an early stage as this mistake was a large code violation and compromised the structural integrity of the building. I hired a 40T crane to hoist the trusses into position. Brad and his crew were not prepared. A major mistake was that they did not verify the walls were straight and level before the truss installation day. They did not brace the first gable truss adequately and ensure it was plum. This resulted in the remaining trusses being hoisted and placed haphazardly. No string lines were used. The end result was embarrassing, and virtually impossible to correct after installation...even though they tried. The walls had a slight bow before the truss installation which resulted in my attic trusses having the same bow. This was the last straw, and I terminated our working relationship. BM contracting has caused alot of frustration and resulted in alot of extra cost and effort to mitigate their deficiencies. I've attempted to work out a solution with Brad, however he has not responded. I plan on pursuing legal action, and do not recommend his services to anyone. Also take a critical look at some ofthe glowing 5 star reviews. It's his employees and family members.
