We had a VERY last minute request for a custom gobo (the day before our scheduled event) at our venue in Saratoga Springs, NY. After a brief call, our order was placed at 12:40 PM and was shipped within the hour! Long story short, we received our perfect custom gobo at 10:30 AM the following morning. I recently took over ordering GoBos for our Ballroom and I was not disappointed with the level of customer service this company had to offer. We ordered our first item about 1.5 weeks out from the date it was needed but was notified that it may not arrive in time due to the processing time and shipping method I chose. Instead of accepting what I originally paid for and risk the item not arriving in time for a Private Social, they reached out to me and suggested a shipping change. Thank you Sylvia, you and your team are not only professionals but considerate of your customers from Canada to The States!P.S. Both items are perfect!

We had to order some custom gobos for an upcoming event. I had never ordered anything like this before, and Daniel was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. The ordering process was very easy and they were shipped out incredibly fast.We received our gobos in time for our event, and we were very happy with the final product! This is my second GOBO i've purchased with them. I love it. I get great compliments on the work. More so even than the great quality of the work, the customer service is outstanding. I always hear back very quickly from them. Email correspondence is great. The turn around time is also extremely fast. I love their site as well. I had not done a lot of GOBO lighting prior. I wasn't 100% clear on the exact sizing, but their website was one of the only that had an actual list of different projectors and sizing to make sure you get the right fit. That was a big selling point for me. Will continue to use moving forward!
