Quilchena Point RV, beach & boat launch

Stayed three nights and enjoyed ourselves, nice big site all serviced. Trout fishing wasn’t bad either Along came Sunday a large group of campers came in one unit next to us. They were enjoying themselves the group circle was getting bigger probably 12-15 people ,radio going dogs and kids running around the party was getting louder as the liquor was being consumed. We go to bed early 10 pm as we came for fishing and this is 10 pm supposedly quite time. We had to have the windows and vents closed and ear plugs, thinking they will shut it down…….not.At 1215 I went over to the site and told them I’ve had enough and they better shut it down …NOW The party was about six of them they moved next door to continue but at a reduced noise.Next day after returning from fishing went to the camp host, told her the incident she said at ten o’clock it was quite, to which I told her I had to shut it down at 1215 and it was not quite at 10 by any means. She obviously wasn’t doing her job her site is at the entrance so maybe she should have walked outside her yard. I asked the store girl to have the manager call me, she was very nice asking why if there was anything she could do to make things better I told her what happened and said just get the manager to cal meThe park manager kalie came by within a hour, she was very professional asked if we could move to a different site or refund our money. She backed her site host saying it was quite at ten when she checked, and the person who caused the incident admitted to it and said they wouldn’t party at that site again, Kalie was also upset that the girl in the office said I was hollering at her, which I wasn’t. She asked for the circumstances as to why I wanted the manager, guess I’m a liar I was just imagining the noise I took the refund and left not to return. Too bad.If the site has 10 pm quite time it should be posted at the entrance and enforced by the site host, the manager told me it was included with the registration package.and that was adequate . People tend to push the boundaries especially after liquor is involved.

fantastic campground, a hidden gem!

This is a well run, tidy campground. The shower/bathroom facilities were spotless. The place is half empty at this time. Wicked winds blowing the lake with whitecaps yesterday afternoon and this morning. Power hook up and potable water , sewer at every site available. Internet is extra.

Nice big sites on the lake. It was very windy while we were there. 4 stars as it is no playground, no corner store.

We were there from July 1st until the 4th and loved this campground. Fantastic hosts and the campsites are large and well maintained. The access to water was also great and a nice way to spend the hot summers. Water was pretty safe as it was quite shallow and extended out a few hundred feet in to the lake. Will definitely be back.
