I have only dealt with the past owner and they were great. Took them my riding mower and snowblower. I will be giving the new owners a try and hope they carry on with the great service that I had in the past. Friendly and honest. That is not too much to ask for. I will have to wait and see

Kenny's Small Engine Repairs
Very bad customer service. I paid this company to repair my snow blower in summer. I have only used it the following winter after a heavy snow fall and noticed a bit of oil in the snow, didn't think much about it. I used it a second time after another heavy snow fall and it leaked oil all over my driveway and to add to the situation I paid her extra for pickup and delivery service fees .I notified her and she did nothing to help. I would not recommend her service.

Buyer beware. This company is apparently changing name to Full Throttle Small Engine Repairs. Get your quote IN WRITING. Do not take their 'word' for it over the phone. Include in your written contract/quote that all additional charges must be cleared / approved prior to work being done. Good luck!

Brought in a trimmer that needed a fuel line. It cost me 195$ and a month to get back. The trimmer cost me 150$. Not a great place I can't recommend them.

I bought a used lawnmower and it was a good buy they seemed honest and willing to help.Bought a used snowblower, it worked 3 times, I've left several voice messages provided my return number and still haven't heard back from them. I got to speak with them once at the very beginning she took my name and number and said would get back to me but never did. I even left a message saying that I would stop by and when I did they were closed. Been since b4 Christmas and still no word. 300 dollars for an anchor!

First time at Kenny's Small engine repairs in Orleans. Excellent service and great work. Very reasonable price to get my lawnmower tuned up and running. A lesson was learned too about the importance of emptying the gas tank after the season is over. Going to do that to the Snowblower too. Thanks Natalie and gang. See you again.

Was told that a used snowblower purchased had a tuneup and was inspected and in good working order. As soon as I tried to use it at the first snowfall and it wasn’t working I called and was told it was something I did and would need to pay for carb repair. I ran it for 10 min. Any warranty I was told would be honoured wasn’t. I brought it to Triole where I was told there hadn’t been any service on the blower for years and the carbs were gummed with years of shellac and the piston would need to be replaced. Disappointed that I was not told the truth and sold a machine that was inoperable. Buyer beware.

WAY OVERPRICED! I got quoted at 150.0 initially and they turned around and charged me 280.00 without calling first to make sure it was okay, i said there was no way I was paying that after what the initial quote was so they dropped it down to 210.00 still 70.00 more then what I was quoted. The woman in the front of the store said “not my fault you don’t know how to take care of your snowblower” POOR SERVICE take your business somewhere else!

Way overpriced. Just tuneup is 130+ and with a minor repair it’s was 250+. Way to rude to help an alone lady to pick up and put machine back in her car. Because she did not take their services.
