Warranty Issue - vehicle at 62K (2K outside warranty) ONLY 30 month old truck and AC goes ($2k to fix and they wont cover). An AC!!! -it's not like it gets a lot of use - we live in Canada - it was used what, maybe 6-8 months total!!!! And try to work with them on it- all you will get is corporate gibberish regurgitated to you from their agents. They dont seem to want to help you when it is a warranty issue, but they dont seem to mind that I need to take a day to get all the RECALLS fixed !!! I had 5 recall notices on this truck! Lease is up in 3 months and I will need a new vehicle - so a dsipute over $2K and I will be leasing a $60K vehicle from Ford or import. Talk about cutting of your nose to spite your face.
