Saw Sylvie to touch up and fix up my eyebrows first. She was amazing! She kept me well informed and checked on me throughout the whole process. I liked it so much that I went back for my eyeliner. Amazing work. She also takes the time to message you and to check on how the healing process is going. Fabulous service. Of course I went back and did my first tattoo on my arm. She takes time and care when working on any of the services. I highly recommend her services!!

Saw Martha today ( Saturday morning) who was prompt, professional and very friendly. She offered me tea upon arrival. The owner Linda was also very nice and the staff all seem to get along well which is important in how they deliver services. I had a cut with colour. Took about 2.5 hours. The salon is bright, clean and busy but relaxed. I didn’t feel rushed and Martha gave a good head massage when she conditioned my hair. There was some colour on my face which she took time to clean off after washing my hair. I also like that she rubs behind and around my ears. It’s the little things! The initial cut wasn’t quite the change I wanted so I asked we sass it up and she made it more edgy using a razor to texturize. Love my new hairdo! Highly recommend this salon and Martha!

I have been to this salon since it opened in 2017. Every time I walk in I feel welcomed and pampered throughout my entire service. I always leave feeling beautiful and love the relationships I have created with all the lovely ladies there. Linda has created a beautiful culture with her team. It’s so nice to see everyone at the salon working so well together. I have never seen such amazing teamwork anywhere else. I highly recommend this salon to everyone!

After struggling for years to find a salon, I can definitely say that B.U Salon & Spa is always the best! I have been going for 3 years and Megan is my stylist. My whole family goes to her actually. She always takes the time to listen to what you want and just nails it each time. The environment is accommodating and I love recommending this place!

Martha is amazing! Really phenomenal customer service. She is so kind and sweet. She did a head massage after washing my hair and it didn’t feel rushed at all. She listens to you and what you want, and she explains what she is doing throughout the entire appointment. She does amazing work! Thank you Martha!
