Cedric was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and had a wide variety of cigars. Went in today to find gifts for the groomsmen in my fiancés party and he was very helpful. Definitely will be returning.

We decided to visit Havana Castle after having a not so great experience somewhere else. This place is beautiful and very well maintained with a wide variety of cigars and accessories to choose from. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. My husband and I are rather new to the cigar world and Cedric answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we left the store happy and confident in our purchases. We will definitely be return customers and wouldn’t think twice about visiting anywhere else.

Astounding service!I have smoked my fair share of cigars through out my life but I have never really bought 1 for myself so when it comes to knowing my choice in flavor or proper ways to handle a cigar I dont have much knowledge.On my first visit I was introduced to Cedric! I was really only there looking for craft cigarettes, which they had but once I seen the massive humidor with all the cigars I decided to give 1 a try and I am glad I did. Cedric asked me a few questions about flavor and knew exactly what to try. On top of that he taught me a few things to help improve my experience.I walked out with 2 different cigars and I was so pleased with both of them but the first one he picked out was was perfect. They were so fresh, there was no problem cutting or lighting them and they burned perfectly all the way down. Cedric told me they pair with a little rum and he was not kidding the flavor of both the rum and cigar were enhanced.I recommend this shop to anyone from the ill experienced to the true ladies and gentlemen. The service and knowledge provided will have you returning again!

I have been to this location numerous times and always been greeted by this gentlemen who was always courteous and knowledgeable about his cigars. Due to the tobacco regulations that block the stock bands (idiotic), it's really difficult to navigate the brands that you desire. Thanks to the employee to help us navigate. Can't wait for the boat party this year. Cheers

Havana Castle Cigars a home away from home!The gentleman there by the name of (Cedric) is hands down one of the best cigar connoisseur his knowledge and passion for cigars is incredible. He paired me with some of the finest cigars of my liking and price range also explaining to me what I am expecting in the flavor profile of the cigar.Also showed me a different aging process to develop plume!! And for showing me the proper method on seasoning the humidor!Thank you to Havana Castle and also a big thank you to Cedric for always helping me out and always implementing more knowledge to me about cigars.This is my go-to and only place will definitely recommend.

Scam!! I asked plenty of questions, how reliable is this lighter? Do people tend to bring this lighter back? He said very few people bring it back, its reliable. I brought the lighter home, and it worked a few times, and I was reaching its demise, after 4 lights, now it leaks fluid and the spark doesnt light. And then i put new fluid and batteries to trouble shoot it. Neither worked. Now i looked at the recipt, and it said no refunded. A scam i fell for - the lighter i bought, the company doesnt have a homepage. All cheap lighthers
