We debated back and forth having our beloved girl laid to rest at our vet's office, where she usually felt stressed and anxious, or at home in the comfort and safety of our arms. We are SO glad we chose the latter and used Dr. Monique. She and her team were wonderful to work with, so sympathic and caring and patient with us. They gave us plenty of time to comfort our baby and make her feel secure, and the whole process was very peaceful and calming. They called to check up on us days later and you can tell they pour their heart and souls into caring for your fur babies in their final moments. We will always treasure them.

Having just experienced likely one of the worst decisions and days of our lives - I cannot recommend Dr. Goonraj and Dr. Ramjattan enough for assisting my husband and I in serenely saying goodbye to our little Milo. Throughout the entire process, from start to finish, with the phone calls and house visit, I/we were treated with the utmost compassion and care. They walked us through the entire process, made us feel comfortable and most importantly, made Milo feel comfortable on his journey across the rainbow bridge.I would highly recommend Dr. Goonraj and Dr. Ramjattan if you have time to make the painstaking decision for your beloved furbaby. There was a beauty and peacefulness in the entire process knowing we had made the right decision for Milo, and for us.I cannot thank these two doctors enough! Truly angels in disguise! Let me start by saying that Bentley was my therapy dog. I didn't even know I needed that when I got him.I feel guilty that since he passed, I have not been in a puddle of tears on the floor ever since. For a few years I had anxiety just thinking that he would be gone one day.Of course I have my moments, but all these years I thought I would fall completely apart when he went. When I do have those moments I remember how beautiful his send off was and that there was no other choice and I recover faster than had I taken him to a vet's office.I realize now that because his passing happened on a gorgeous day on our front porch (one of his favourite places to be), surrounded by family and lots of cookies, and because he went so peacefully in my arms, I am much more at peace. There was no trauma or anxiety for him. No sterile feel of a vets office.We were walked through every single step along the way. The doctors were extremely compassionate. They followed up and sent a card as well.I can't recommend these amazing people enough. It is worth every bit of money to have your beloved pet euthanized at home.Karen

I cannot express how thankful I am for this service. Dr. Monique and Dr. Ronderson were so kind and compassionate when caring for our almost 15 year old pug Elvis. They answered all my questions beforehand and explained everything clearly. Our 6 year old son was involved in the process right through to the end and they were so great with him. Dr. Monique had him help to do the paw prints and this was so special to us. They gave us plenty of time and helped us make some final memories. I’m so thankful that they ensured Elvis was happy and comfortable. I wish that everyone could have this experience. Losing a pet is so hard but doing it in this way is so healing. Thank you again

Dr. Goonraj and Dr. Ramjattan, thank you so much for your compassion and caring for our beloved Lexie.As painful as it was to make the decision to euthanize Lexie, I am so thankful that she was able to peacefully pass away in her favorite spot in our home.Not only did Dr. Goonraj and Dr. Ramjattan ensure that Lexie was comfortable during her appointment but each step was carefully explained to us, which helped to ease our minds during Lexie's last moments.Dr. Goonraj and Dr. Ramjattan were compassionate, caring and have a wonderful bedside manner. We would highly recommend to anyone who is in the unfortunate situation of having to euthanize their pet.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Monique and Dr. Ronderson. From the first call, Dr. Monique expressed so much compassion and was very helpful explaining all of their services. Both her, and Dr. Ronderson, explained every step in detail and made sure to check in with us frequently. They attended to our Kaylie with so much care, respect, and patience. They were communicative and professional at every step. They made one of the worst moments for a pet owner as peaceful as possible. Thank you so much to you both for allowing us to give our Kaylie a loving and comfortable goodbye in her home with her family.

Thankyou to Dr Monique and Dr Ronderson for such an amazing experience. The compassion and care our Kodi received was above anything we imagined. They walked us through every step of the process and treated us like family and Kodi like he was their own. They spoke to Kodi the entire process and made it very peaceful. I have never been at peace with putting one of our dogs down, but with experience I am. I would recommend them 100 times over. Thankyou for coming to our home and treating our poopers with dignity. Without getting into to much detail, Dr. Monique and her partner truly were the most professional, patient and kind pair to have in our home during this truly awful time. They took great care of our Grizzly, and answered absolutely all questions that we had. Now that we have received our paw prints and urn, we can take our time to truly grieve our favorite boy.I want to say thank you.
