Bossy Nails

Went in with my friend, didn’t get even a hello as I entered, then as we walk in the owner I’m assuming isn’t even wearing a mask, not social distancing with clients at all, while a big sign saying “mask required” hangs right behind him. Then as my friend is getting her nails done he comes and hovers over us and the lady doing her nails, not even 2 feet away from me, again without a mask, not very professional. Nor cleanly in my opinion. The nails lady actually doing her nails was nice and did a good job on the nails

The technician didn’t understand when I asked her to take more time filing my nails rather than swipe the file across a couple of times! She said yes we have steps don’t worry! She cut my toenails so short that they hurt! She dug into the side of my nails so hard it took me off the chair she said see skin!! I would not let the two paint my fingernails or my toenails I had to do some work on them when I got home!I will not use salons anymore and I am keeping a close watch to ensure I do not get an infection or ingrown toenails! REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE on top of all this was listening to them talk to each other and laughing; have no idea what they were talking about but it was uncomfortable!! I should not have paid for this service but I didn’t tip that’s for sure!!

Nice place, good service. Only problem is prices, it feels costly however most of the places are charging the similar prices now. Technicians are nice , especially pedicures are good.

I will never go here again. I went in for a manicure with gel polish and that same day after going home my nails had already started to chip. There customer service is terrible and the employees are very rude. When I called to make an appointment the one lady answered the phone with saying “what”. When I arrived the employees were all on their phone with there shoes off and their feet up on a stool, and one was in the massage chair. I had gone there once before and found that the employees were really rude, but I thought I would try again…bad mistake. When I tried messaging them no one replied and still haven’t replied

UPDATED REVIEW: 9 Days later I've had 2 nails broken. Super disappointed with quality.Totally nice place. I was running errands in the area and booked a pedi and gel fill. The place is small and clean. Prices are a little high. The staff is friendly but overbooked. It was lovely for me as I sit on my phone and don't want to chat. It was great. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that they are inconsistent in advertising prices as I overpaid for the services I recieved and I do think many people would find the place unwelcoming. However, it was a lovely little spot.

was okay. service was alright, my nails came out not the worst but not the best. definitely not worth $70, but i’m fine with how it looks. probably won’t come back, only went cause it’s so close by. may be hard to see the flaws in the pictures.

Good job with nails but speak way too much loud Vietnamese amongst one another. It’s simply annoying and obvious when it’s about you after you politely request a certain way you would like your nail and suddenly the chatter begins and the other technicians glance over at you…

The team at Bossy Nails is outstanding. Accommodating and very professional! Been going for over 12 years. Ginny is the best!
