This is my go-to place for counters. Amazing customer service. I have used them for two kitchens and six bathrooms over the years. They have better prices than most other fabricators and go the extra mile to deliver a great product. I love that they are a local family business, good folks doing good work.

It was a pleasure to do business with this family owned operation. I enjoyed George and Jose's positive attitude and providing me with more than expected. I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for great value for your money! They are a very efficient and hard working crew! I could not believe how much work they got done in such a short period of time. I am more than satisfied with my experience with this lovely family run business.

Worst of worst. Very rude. I was a customer last year and already been to the store and got a quote of $2,000 for the kitchen counter replacement. so this time I called about it, they told me they were too busy and would call me back. They never did. So when I called again, they said 'I don't have time for you. I don't go do measurement at your home, cos if you don't use my service, then it's a waste of my time.'. I said I was quoted $2,000 last year and would just use their service. They said 'no, it's $3,500 to start, you come to the store and pay, or I don't go.' It's as if they want to drive customers away. I said bye!

They are full package service and value for money. We were doing a big reno that included two kitchens. For the first one we went crazy because any place that had good service was extremely expensive. Any place that had good prices had good service. We went with the good price and it took almost 4 months to get them installed. I wish I was exaggerating. For the second kitchen we were lucky to find Best of Best. Everything from templating to installation took under two weeks. Amazing.

Bought a small top about 1 year ago and returned 2 weeks ago to purchase a larger top and both experiences were received with prompt and friendly service. I did not have to wait long ( about a week) for the finished products. With the way I was treated and the great prices they gave me, I would not hesitate to return or recommend them to anyone. I got a gorgeous piece of honed marble here after looking at a bunch of places around town. They had the nicest stones and the best prices by far. I really love having such a beautiful piece to upgrade the vanity. Friendly service and a small family run business worth supporting.

I now know why they call their company Best of Best as my wife and I just had granite countertop installed in our kitchen which included the kitchen island. Prior to the installation we were experiencing some real anxiety as we have had little success and some very poor experiences with some companies and contractors that we have had dealings with since moving to Ottawa. It was due to this that we lost faith and trust and while we do as much research as possible prior to choosing a company to do business with there is no guarantee of a successful result. From the beginning of our kitchen project George and Jose assured us that all would be fine and they said to us, Don't worry, just relax, you are in good hands. Well, were they ever right! From beginning to end everything was perfect. Not only did they do a phenomenal job they also provided some great ideas and suggestions that we had not thought of that made our kitchen look even better than we had planned. Best of Best has restored our faith and trust in the business community of Ottawa and we highly recommend Best of Best to everyone. We love our new kitchen and the countertop looks amazing! We did our due diligence while searching for a quartz countertop for our new kitchen island. We shopped around, got a couple of quotes, and Best of Best had everything we wanted! What we got was a beautiful 6' long by 26 wide slab of black quartz with thousands of flecks of glitter; ordered

An awesome family owned business. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. George in the showroom is great! They have done two counters for us. Both times measurements and install was completed in timely fashion. Install seamless with very polite and knowledgeable installers. Area was perfectly cleaned afterwards. Staff takes the time to explain how to properly care for your countertop. Their prices are like their name: the best. The granite itself is beautiful and withstanding the test of time.
