Found the store by accident and fell in love with their collection. After buying, I encountered a problem which the owners kindly addressed. I am very impressed with their service so I'm definitely planning to return to purchase more!

This is my favorite shoe store in Toronto so far. They have a great selection of colorful, good quality mostly women's shoes such as Miz Mooz, Fly London, and some harder to find brands mostly made in Europe. I was lucky to meet the very helpful, personable buyers, Maurice and Birthie, last time I was there.

This little Queen Street gem has a great selection of high quality shoes - brands like the funky Miz Mooz, El comfie Naturalista, Fly etc. And wonderful customer service!! I went in with my sister who was visiting from out of town. She bought a fab pair of El Naturalista booties that were on sale. Today, when checking out their website (for a pair for me), I realized she'd been charged $54 more in store, than she would have online. I talked to Bertie, who was incredibly kind and refunded my sister the difference. I was impressed, and my sister ecstatic. Thanks, Bertie and Scarpino Shoes! We'll be back!

RECOMMENDATION: shop at reputable stores like GEOX or Brown'sI ALWAYS walk around my home in my new shoes to make sure they are comfy and don't hurt or mark my feet.I have opened a dispute with AMEX and hope AMEX will resolve the situation to credit my account.SUMMARY: I bought a pair of sandals on Sunday and, as always, I wear my new shoes around the house to make sure they are comfy; they were not. So I went to return them today, 2 days after purchase. The lady/manager/owner there today said no refunds, only exchange or a one year credit note. I told her I was not informed of the return policy. She said the paper sign is behind the cash (BUT NOT visible when a salesperson is standing at the cash). I said the salesman blocked the sign on Sunday when I was there while he was on the phone (I believe with her over number of sales and his wife coming to visit the shop). She said it is up to me to ask about the return policy - I DO NOT THINK SO. It is the shop's responsibility to make the policy CLEAR.

I've been coming here for years! Unparalleled customer service by far, I've never met people who cared so much about making sure I find the right pair of shoes. I started coming here because I wanted shoes that no one else has, I'm an obvious only child, only I can have it. And these shoes make you stand out. They're gorgeous. I still wear the first pair I got over five years ago and I still get complimented on them all the time cause they're super high quality. I'm a lifelong convert and am obsessed with coming here whenever I need a new, cool pair of shoes. 10/10 stop by the next time you're in Toronto.

The shoes are excellent and I’ve always found what I’m looking for there. Unfortunately they have a terrible return policy—I haven’t had to return anything there but sometimes you have to wear a shoe longer than 5 minutes to know if it’s going to kill your feet or not. The woman who works there is too domineering for me to want to come back. I don’t want to feel bullied into getting something different than what I want. There are other shoe stores that carry the same brands and I intend to patron them instead.

I'm new to the city and today was my first time visiting Scarpino Shoes. I walked in and loved the collection they had. Dan was absolutely lovely, very patient and helped me find the right pair. I bought a pair of beautiful burgundy lace-up brogues, which I'm very excited to wear. I'll definitely be back!
