Great customer service and great results. I’ve only been using their services for 5 months or so. From day one they made me feel like a regular. Once I dropped of on Wed evening and mentioned I’d pay extra for a Friday pickup. They said no need to pay extra we will have it ready.

Best cleaners I have ever been to! I had an event dress that needed cleaning. The dress had stains that were difficult to get out and I was really nervous to take it just anywhere because the dress itself was pricey. I took it several other cleaners in the area to see what my options were, and in the end I felt most comfortable leaving it with Earl cleaners. Dimitri was extremely professional and accommodated my needs, he even rushed the piece for me at no extra charge. Pricing is very reasonable, and much more affordable than the other cleaners I have been to in the Royal Oak area.The dress came out perfectly clean and looked brand new. I was so happy with my experience at Earl cleaners, it really is a family owned business and the service reflects that! 10/10 recommend.

Earl's cleaners truly came to the rescue for my wedding. I found a stain on my wedding dress from cat pee (shown in the first two images). It was an obvious yellow discoloration and it reeked. I called around everywhere I could think of that might be able to work on the delicate fabricate and no one else was willing to even try with a relatively short time frame. The owner admitted that he wasn't sure if such an intense stain would be fixable, but he said that he would give it his best shot. My wedding was less than 6 weeks away at this point and I still needed alterations too. (Good 'ol rushed planning with a COVID wedding ;P) Never the less, HE FIXED THE STAIN! No residual discoloration or smell. I was amazed. Even more, they did all of my alterations within record time as well and they came out perfectly. I had the seamstress alter the sleeves, the hem line, add a bustle button, and sew in cups. She did a phenomenal job. I would trust them with any article of clothing at this point. Overall, great people, great services, and great price. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have never done one of these posts before but I had to post this to notify everyone of the exceptional service I received.I recently had a suit tailored by George and he did a wonderful job on it. When I put the suit on I noticed it had a manufacturers defect on the inside completely unrelated to the tailoring George did. I was able to return the suit coat and exchanged for the exact same one and brought it back to George to be re-tailored. I told George that this was not their fault in any way and he still insisted that it is wrong I pay for additional tailoring that he was upset about the situation. Although I assured him many times I had looked into it and it had nothing to do with the tailoring he had tried many times to offer to correct the issue at no expense even though it was not their fault in any way.George even after my many times asking him to charge me full price still gave me half off of tailoring. It was one of the kindest gestures I have seen a business give and one I was not entitled to in any way.You do not find businesses like this anymore who go above an beyond for the customer so I wanted to make sure I shared my experience so Earl's can benefit from the great job they are doing.They deserve it. They take care of the customer and if you are looking for a dry cleaner or tailor in this area try them first. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Better than new!!!!!!! I took my Baggelini purse in to replace one of the compartment zippers that broke. I was SO PLEASED that the zipper Earl's used was much sturdier than the original! The workmanship was perfect and the cost more than fair. My favorite, very functional purse is now better than new thanks to Earl's cleaner! LOVE this place! Outstanding work, fair prices, great service. So grateful it's close to home as well!

Looking for a cleaners that will complete orders per the customer's directions when possible. I was hoping I had found that here, they said they could and would do what I requested but saddley, I was disappointed.

Why go anywhere else? They get my clothes cleaned, and for a very good rate. Their turnaround time has been great, and everyone there is all around friendly. 5☆
