Rundle Bar at Fairmont Banff Springs
We went to enjoy the festive afternoon tea at this place. Parking is extra and I would recommend no more than 2 hrs if you don't have any other plans at the hotel. It's small bar area but super cozy and nice. You can enjoy high tea with a spectacular view and great finger foods. Very friendly staffs and servers. One star off because when you compare with the same afternoon tea at the Fairmont Lake Louise location, they served hot water very often and filled in your tea pot, so you can enjoy your tea with a hot temperature. This Banff location provided a bigger size tea pot and no more hot water served, so you may need to ask more hot water when your tea gets cold.

Great cocktails with perfect balance...ambiance was fantastic with a backdrop of mountains..cocktails were complex with refined ingredients which gave each cocktail a unique flavor profile..We ordered Ember,Carnival and Harmony andMai Tai and all were great..There were decent option for vegetarians on the menu which was a surprise as our previous visit we were very disappointed with the food as there were no vegitarian optionsOverall a great Fairmont bar keeping the Fairmont standards up..will definitely recommend..

Really enjoyed well crafted cocktails. They are extremely balanced and worth every sip. What tops this place off beyond the ambiance - the beautiful view and the bar - is the service! Excellent service for our afternoon funday by Megan. Recommend for an indulgent cocktail hour. Easy access, good for intimate drinks for two or a larger group. Like the lounge seating. The afternoon tea experience was fabulous! This was my first time and WOW. The teas were incredible, we even bought some of the special jasmine tea to take home. The food was excellent and the desserts were to die for. Our server was Pilar. She was one of the best servers I have ever had and we travel all over the world. So descriptive, friendly and attentive. I can't wait to come back again!

4.5 overall. Great attentive service. Had a small bite plate of the chicken liver mousse at $25 and it was very worthwhile for the cost. You get great views while being in a very relaxing well kept environment. They also have a hidden bar here...;)

The tea service at The Fairmont Banff Springs is truly an experience to be savored. The views from the bar are spectacular and the food and service are likewise amazing. Relax and be pampered. Every bite of food was something special, the teas so enjoyable, and the sparkling wine a perfect accompaniment.

We went to Rundle bar twice.The first was for dinner but since they did not have any gluten free options that was good for dinner so we left and went somewhere else.The second time was for wine and cheese. It is the perfect ambiance and setting to hangout with friends and meet new people.I realize dinner is not their forte because there are other restaurant choices that offer dinner so If anything, come here for lunch.The lunch food selection is better than dinner .

Rundle Bar at Fairmont Banff Springs
We went to the Rundle Bar a couple of days in a row, the atmosphere and styling is fantastic, modern and chic but dark and and comfy at the same time, plus the views are just spectacular. The Crisps & Dip (caramelised onion) are delicious, the perfect combination to have with a couple of cocktails, we went for; Iconic Peak, Wild Flower & Harmony - all perfectly crafted and blended whilst being visually wonderful as well. On our first evening we were served by Charlotte who was incredible, so friend and attentive, we had a lovely chat with her whilst it was quiet and on the second visit we were served by Morgan E. who was also very attentive. We are looking forward to our next trip in Banff and a couple more visits to the Rundle Bar.

Rundle Bar at Fairmont Banff Springs
I’ve been here at least five (5) times now and I absolutely love this place. So many good spots to hang out in and the staff were very accommodating. In addition to the location, the ambiance, the unbeatable views and the vast drink menu, the staff were impressively attentive and the bartenders have made numerous customized drinks for us over the course of our visits. I highly recommend sitting in the parlor room by the fireplace, especially on cold winter nights. Then try the spicy jalapeño margarita. It’s not on the menu, but you’ll love it! Thanks Rundle Bar for some great nights!
