I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! It's expensive and they are very rude. Go to Moneysworth in the other mall down the street. At least they won't laugh at you if you ask questions.

Bentall Centre Shoe Renew
did an impossible repair on boots i loved. they took the time to remake the heels and the new heels are better and more solid than the originals. they were la canadienne boots that were no longer made in that style of brown suede so irreplaceable and they brought it back to life. absolutely love these boots and now i can keep wearing them. amazing. All other places (and i went to about 10 other places) said it could not be done. the only place that tried. took a month to get done but they did it right and warned me beforehand it would take time. thank you!

Yes this place might be convenient for people who work in the area but AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Took boots here to get the rubber soles replaced as the heels were worn out with a hole. Came to pick them up and they didn't even touch the heels at all so I left my boots with them to fix the heels. Went to pick them up a second time and it took them 20 minutes to find them. Price ended up being double what I was originally quoted and less than a year later, the rubber is already coming coming apart after a season of use! Would've been better off putting that money toward a new pair of shoes at this point.
