Wow! What amazingly terrific service from the loading dock. Super friendly staff! Busy place but I was quickly greeted, shipping pallet loaded very quickly. Nice, convenient location on Edmonton's west end on a not too busy street! Would highly recommend!

I made a delivery here as a truck driver myself. They were all quite respectful, and I was unloaded really quickly, about as fast as I was ready, they were able to unload my truck.Keep up the great work, Grimshaw !

terrible communication, my transmission got picked up 3 days late after several phone calls and being told a driver was on his way to pick it up. Transmission somehow got lost and took many phone calls and hours of waiting to find out where it was.. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was ridiculous

Used their services for over 15 years almost weekly and when we called this morning to send a shipment we were told Grimshaw changed their policy and wont ship our items anymore with no communication or notice to long term customers that this change was being implemented. We were left hanging on getting our shipment out. Wont do business again with this vendor.

Newly paved street leading up to a yard that takes a beating with heavy and frequent traffic. A permanent gravel pile is needed. This is a busy yard with local and highway destinations. Diverse and inclusive employment. An exciting aspect here? This group handles Iceroad travel (Yellowknife into the mines) from Januaryish to Aprilish. Stockpiling of loads (in Yellowknife) starts in the autumn. A whole team of drivers and admin move north for a couple months to have the rush of racing/challenging Mother Nature. Is this your thing?

First time at the yard, came in hectic but John in shipping and Receiving was cool calm collected, very helpful and walked us through the whole process without rushing. Absolutely great customer service, will be using Grimshaw exclusively for our shipping, as long as Johns there. That man derserves a raise!Thanks From SBros Ltd

Driver cut me off on the yellow head even after laying on the horn to let him know I was there. 15:20 on July 21. Trailer MR48174 could not merge properly and put my family in a dangerous situation.
