So very nice gentleman came to install a new modem and adjust my dish yesterday morning, I mentioned that my daughter was waiting on a tower for a few weeks (it was missing the base) so she can have better internet for a large house need. When I went to see my daughter at 4:30 this same man was installing the tower for which they had been waiting the base for for several weeks IN THE DARK. He worked late into the evening so he could get this job done so she could have internet for her new courses starting Monday. Now that is dedication. If we didn't get to say thank you, we are doing it now. So pleased with this service and I don't even know his name. Thank you everything is great now at both houses.

Explore net set me up with soaring heights. Had a gentlemen come here search for signal. Said it was weak needed a tower. 30-40 would be adequate. Insisting he’d add 10 feet to optimize my chances. Got a 30-40 foot tower had them come out. Guy couldn’t get a signal. Now I’m getting dinged for a second survey fee.. not impressed.

Very knowledgeable about the equipment and explained things very well.

Soaring heights has been helpful but the product they are selling with xplornet is a complete ripoff.

Appointment keeps getting pushed back without explanation, waited 2 weeks

Professional, friendly, excellent customer care and service right from the start. Received a call this morning from Michelle asking if today would work to fix my internet issue, time was arranged that worked with my schedule and Tanner arrived within minutes of the appointment time. Tanner asked about the issue and immediately got the equipment out and up on the roof he went. 5-10 minutes later the equipment was switched out and he was checking connections, etc to make sure everything was perfect and back up and running properly. Will highly recommend as it is clear that they care about their customers.

The office staff often were uninformed and lack customer service skills but their installers have been very good especially one named Blair. Blair gave us excellent customer service and was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Brenden fixed my husband's computer in an hour, whereas Staples wanted to send it out of province for $60.00 freight not to mention what the cost was going to be to fix it. Great service, certainly recommend.

They helped out in a pinch for the cable I needed. Very friendly customer service and great problem solving to make sure the customer get exactly what they are looking for.

I am 5 minutes north east of Winnipeg. I had the installer come out to set up NetSet internet using direct line of sight. The installer spend maybe a max of 15 minutes doing a site test just to tell me that internet is not a possibility for me. I then got charged $100 to be paid in cash, and got no receipt. The fact that I am 5 minutes outside the perimeter and cannot get internet better than 3.5mb per second is infuriating. What a rip off.
