Henderson's was very professional and caring to our family in a time of need. They treated my mother with dignity and respect and were very accommodating to our needs. Bonnie was caring and very helpful. Thank you very much.

Noticed my review isn't showing up on my profile? So i'll leave it again.DO NOT TRUST THEM. The manager, at the time of my mom's passing, (Bonnie) lied to Consumer Protection BC. She was shameless in the way she behaved. The funeral coordinator was so inept he couldn't even work the video/sound system and I ended up having to do it myself during my mom's funeral.Consumer Protection BC fined them over their behavior. You can google their name and consumer protection and it isn't that hard to find - or go to Consumer Protection BC.Around the time they got fined, I left a review on here about the way they acted and, Bonnie

Brad was authentic in expressing his condolences; he appeared to be genuinely interested in our sharing of our memories of my mom. He listened to our stories of who my mom was in life and how much she meant to our family. He took the time to listen, pause, and, yes allow for tears, as one would expect after loosing a parent, and a spouse to my 82 year old father who had been married to my mom for 56 years. Thank you for carrying us on this day, in making the necessary arrangements, and for making a difficult situation more bearable. It was very much appreciated Brad. Based on our positive experiences, I would be happy to recommend Henderson's.

We found Henderson's, and Lindsey Day, were very professional and considerate in handling our family matters and helped us get through the particulars without any added stress which is a blessing considering our emotional status at the time. There's a reason this place is well known and has high reviews.They take good care of you and make the process as easy as possible, which is important when you are grieving a loss.I was impressed that we were able to get all the paper work done and they were able to give me the death certificate immediately. This allowed me to start handling my Father's affairs right away...And cremation was ready in about a couple of weeks.They are a very compassionate team and don't rush you out of there when you meet with them.Thank you so much!

I can't believe i didn't write a review. People i am from a different country far from Canada. When my brother passed away and we were powerless during COVID to travel there, Henderson's funeral home took care of us. They followed up everyday when we didn't know a single thing on how things work there and helped my family to see his last rite on stream. We are from Hindu religion and they managed to get a priest for us. The director and the staff are awesome people and they will help you in every way you can imagine.I'm writing this review after several months, but i can't thank you enough for everything you did for us and for him. Thank you again.
