Absolutely love the outdoor furniture from Southport, we had been looking all over Vaughan and the GTA for new items and we found unique pieces here at Southport. Maria was so helpful, looking at our pictures and helping us choose the right pieces that work so well and are so functional in our back yard. We went in to the store thinking we wanted a sectional and we are so thrilled that we actually purchased the couch and two chairs - was a much better fit for our needs - THANK YOU Maria for this suggestion. As everyone else was telling us things were sold out or things wouldn't be available until October, Southport actually delivered all our order early and we have spent the summer sitting comfortably enjoying the beautiful weather. We purchased a cantilever umbrella with sunbrella fabric and have been very satisfied with the quality of the product. Umbrella has lived up to our expectations this summer. Lisa Djukic was a wonderful person to work with. Installation crew were very courteous and quick, was set up in less then half an hour. This is the second time we have shopped at Southport and we recommend them for their customer service and quality of the products they sell.Give them a look see before you buy elsewhere.Pat S.

I am a repeat customer. I purchased love seat and two chairs a while ago. I recently went back to get some new pillows to change the look. Maria was very helpful. I find that there patio furniture is beautiful and unique. Service is excellent. I will be visiting them again for more furniture.

Seems like my review was removed! Beware of this store the owner is a deceitful, rude belligerent man who lacks the ability to have a respectful conversation with customers that walked in and paid thousands of dollars within a couple minutes. We purchased back in July biggest mistake we made long story short the owner has zero customer service skills and I’m sure he will remember cursing at me since he couldn’t get to the store to open the warehouse. I’ve made sure to tell everyone about the audacity of that man to treat customers the way he does and I’ll be sure to come back to make sure this review stays up so others don’t get swindled. Go to any other shop in Vaughan this place is overpriced and not accommodating

We recently worked with Paul and his team to design our outdoor kitchen and backyard. His attention to details and wealth of knowledge was outstanding and made our experience easy and smooth. I would recommend Southport to anyone who wants to redesign their outdoor space. The quality of materials and customer service was 10/10!

5 star rating does not do justice! Paul and his team are phenomenal, and go above and beyond. They assist in executing your vision as a courtesy, where at other retailers you are charged a 'Design Consulting Fee'. They are transparent, knowledgeable and patient; and offer a variety of products to guide you in decision making. Anyone can sell patio furniture, not everyone can execute vision/design, so be patient and wait, or make an appointment; it is well worth it. Prices are competitive and fair, no matter your budget. We highly endorse Southport to family and friends. The service is incomparable after months of shopping. Thank you Paul and team, we are so appreciative and grateful for the experience with Southport!
