Friendly and professional team. Great communication. They went above and beyond. The team came to clean up the leaves in my backyard. There is not 1 leaf left on the ground! I will definitely be using Black Star Cleaning Service again. Would recommend!

Unreliable and unprofessional. We scheduled a time by email (a time they proposed) and I sent them my phone number 3 days in advance to arrange the details. They never called (so obviously did not show up) and instead sent an email 2.5 hours before the scheduled time to ask for the address, which I didn’t see until later. Instead of calling the number I provided to ask, they chose to just not come and never answered my email that I responded to when I saw it.

Black Star Cleaning Services came today to my house for the first time and did a thorough job, not missing a beat and being detail oriented. They did everything I expected and did it meticulously.
