You can't go wrong with DJBikes. The prices and services can't be beat. Barry is always accommodating, pleasant and knowledgeable. I brought my bike in after an accident with quite a bit of damage and they had it fixed up within hours and at about half the cost that I expected. I will never go anywhere else for an e-bike but here. 10/10 Thanks again Barry!!!

I purchased my Ebike from the store. They put on the Back rack, brake light, and have me a saddle bag. Then I needed a couple of warranty issues talked care of. That was Nov 2 and by Nov 4 it was 100 % taken care off.I would definitely be looking at buying a DJ bike. They are reliable, fun to ride and for the Price you cannot go wrong.Now I had to have some warranty work on my bike. They did everything needed 125% and I just cannot say enough about this place. Then I brought my Brother in Laws bike in from Lethbridge for him to get a tune up and the rear brakes adjusted. They squeaked, of course they went 125 % over and above again. What a great place with awesome people.

An excellent customer service and excellent after sales service!We went to the store couple times for information and test drive, because we wanna make sure this is the right one for me. Barry is passionate and knowledgeable. Price is reasonable, service is good. We would highly recommend you visit at store (10 Ave SW) if you are looking for an E-bike. Great experience!

I have had my Folding Fat bike for about a year, I have 2,800 Km on it . It is a great bike love to ride it and other than 1 flat tire have had NO problems. Now that they have the store in Calgary I stopped by to check it out . They were Super friendly and even gave it a quite look over and adjusted the brakes and shifters for me. I would highly recommend checking them out to anyone looking at buying an E-Bike.

We were there last week. Owner was very helpful and answers all the questions we have and allow us having free trial for the bikes as well. He was not pushy at all which we were hesitant to visit. He explains everything about bike and provide recommendations according to my body height and size.100% recommended shop for Ebike. Best in Calgary.

Customer service for my DJ mountain bike has been excellent for the last year. I would highly recommend buying a DJ bike because of their customer support!!!

In 2021 we purchased Two Bikes from DJ Bikes, one was a Step Thru" & the other was a Super Bike. We were so impressed with the quality of these products that we purchased a Super Step Thru Folding Bike in 2022 for our Daughter who lives in the same city (Cranbrook. BC).All three versions of the DJ Bikes are of high quality
