Food was great.The wait for the preparation of my food was longer than other Tim Hortons I have visited. I was a take out customer.

Came through store front as they are really busy. So happy I did! Jill took my order and was excellent, even had a great suggestion for an alternative drink.

Busy location, well kempt bravo staff…Please keep washrooms public! Make signs to get patrons to keep clean.Bravo, looks like hard-working staff and happy crowds often, when I am through, while walking trails to then use washrooms and run…I always wana buy. But diets. Love ya stay Canadian, keep washrooms open to walkins walking.

When you pay a dollar extra for cream cheese on a bagel you expect to get what you pay for. Whoever made this bagel clearly doesn’t care about there job. No empathy for the customer what so ever

Some of the staff here are awesome, these kids really are nice and friendly staff! The older staff I remember from when I was younger, they are so nice and it's always a great chat when I am there. Always too crowded to sit, and outside you can't sit cause of the weirdos who tailgate at tims all day. Food still sucks tho timmies! Ya donuts taste freezer burnt!

I order coffee here every morning by drive through and it’s always good but from last 2-3 visits… Today I ordered same large french vanilla around 5:59 Am and it was like 30-40% of my cup empty…. Really disappointed

Unbelievable OMG l ordered same thing every Tim's l go to today was bishop & king st. Preston a toasted cinnamon raison bagel w/extra butter and a DD / A shot of espresso" cut with a clean knife because at this Tim's you have to request to have your bagle cut when l recieved my bagle and checked it to see if it was cut a surprise surprise it wasn't so l requested for it to be cut and the girl grabbed it and threw it angrily l said what's the problem because she was cleanly upset that when she raised her voice to me saying now that I've touch it she has to make a whole new one had l known l would have kept it regardless l know in this day and age the customer is always WRONG in a 60+ year old man with the years and amount of money I've spent over the years l don't appreciate that as acceptable customer service I've been going to Tims longer than she is old.Thank You"

Bathrooms are totally disgusting. Bowel stuck in the one and only toilet there was and obviously hasn't been cleaned in days. Sticky pea on the seat as well plus there was absolutely no toilet paper. The sink was filthy and disgusting. I had to go so bad that I found myself cleaning everything that I touched. Come on you can afford to get one of the workers to clean this tiny little bathroom. Thought about using the wheelchair accessible but found that was pretty filthy as well.Thank God I didn't purchase anything before I went to the bathroom. If the can" is that dirty no one should want to see the place where the food is or kitchen!!And to the answers below is no no and $0. I am so disgusted!!! The money this place rolls in and a bathroom like that? Wow!!!!"

Went this morning to order a few things for my family.My daughter wanted a small hot chocolate with cream and ice. There was no cream or ice.I asked for a hashbrown for my husbands breakfast combo yet there was no hashbrown.Lastly, I asked for milk in my tea but got cream.
