If I could go lower I would. Absolutely the worst! I have lived in Los Angeles for years and have ordered gifts for my Mom's Birthday, without the slightest issue. I tried this company and it was the worst experience I have ever had.We ordered premium Strawberries covered in Chocolate, for my Mom's 84th. Not only was it delivered to the wrong address and left out, the quality was the worst I've ever seen. The strawberries themselves were old scrawny, some weren't even ripe. The chocolate dip looked completely amateur like the were made in some substandard kitchen, and for 10 or 12 of these beauties (note the sarcasm) . I spent $145.00.When I called the company the owner was rude, abusive and had NO interest in making things right!This review is my only recourse. Stay away avoid the grief.Pictures Below you be the judge!

Ordered a $94 gift basket for friend’s birthday. Not only that it arrived 1 day ahead of the scheduled day (before the actual birthday), the arrangement was at least half of the original size! Definitely NOT as shown on their website and NOT as advertised.I wrote an email expressing my concerns but didn’t receive a response. When I called to follow up, the person in the phone refused to listen, came up with unreasonable explanations, and raised their voice. There was no effort to even try to rectify the issue.Bottom line, quality of product and the quality of service do not worth the investment. It’s very sad because this is not the face of the brand that I am used to (bought from them a few times in the past).
