The sales clerk seemed uninterested in helping us. I clearly stated what I was looking for and he gave us a quote but didn't guide us to any selections per our request. With so many carpets to choose from we were overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. When we asked about certain carpets we did get our answer however we felt like we were really inconveniencing him. We will not be back.

Helped us choose the right carpet (which was in stock) and found time in the schedule for installation. Gary did an amazing job, even with the Hollywood" stairs. The work was done quickly and cleanly

Alfreds Carpet One Floor & Home
We had our carpet removed from our living/dining area and two bedrooms and replaced with hardwood. Susan was great in the showroom to advise us what product would best meet our needs and Jorge did an absolutely fantastic job on the installation. The job was done promptly on the scheduled dates and we would highly recommend Alfred's Carpet One to anyone for their flooring needs.

Staff was quick and curtious with assistance. Lots of selection to choose out of, although I was looking for information on bedrock granite which they are a show room for.Had a small selection of granite and quartz. Gave a business card on who to contact.#localguides

Initial sales process was very good. Removal of old carpet was ok except the installer left staples through the under pad on the stairs creating a trip hazard.Eventually after asking they come back and finished the removal on the stairs.They did a good job on installation some time later but repeated requests for after sales service to re-stretch parts of the carpet that were rippling have not been fulfilled five months after installation.

We are shopping for carpet for our whole house for the first time and as such are somewhat inexperienced. The staff here made us feel inferior and decided we weren't worth their time and walked away while we were asking questions.

Very satisfied with the help in the showroom from Susan and from our installer Gary.We got to view lots of options in-store and were even allowed to bring a few samples home. We went with a thick pile carpet and top level under-pad. It's so luxurious and so comfortable.Installation took about 4 days for the whole second floor and stairs. Our installer, Gary, was a real pro and was very pleasant to work with. What a great job he did!

Had to have entire carpet reinstalled last fall because they measured incorrectly.. No compensation of any kind was offered. Nails in each doorway were also not bent over so this created a hazard which now requires correcting again as they obviously didn't bend all the nails down..
