This is a busy location that can get loud. This is not a complaint, more of an observation. I would count it as a plus as the restaurant is lively.My mobile order is always ready for me and I have had no issues with timeliness, service or anything else.

I use To go everyday in location drive thru for coffees always find out some coffees are missing, sometimes food is missing and they never admit it, moreover staff is very unprofessional don’t know how to treat customers. Owner should take strict action against them or hire professional staff.Don’t even want to give a 1 star

Although my order was taken efficiently, there was no personalized touch or attempt to make me feel valued as a customer. However, the staff promptly addressed any issues I encountered with my order, which I appreciated.Moving on to the food, I found it to be decent in terms of taste and quality. Tim Hortons has a wide variety of options on their menu, ranging from breakfast items to sandwiches and baked goods. During my visit, I tried their Vanilla Cold Brew, a Veggie Habanero Loaded Wrap, and a doughnut for my little one.The coffee was brewed well, providing a satisfying and flavorful cup to start the day. The warp, while not outstanding, was adequately prepared and filled me up. The doughnut, though not exceptional, was fresh and had a decent texture.The food presentation was standard, with no extraordinary flair. My favourite Tim Hortons just messed up big time.Some of the employees are rude or have an attitude which I don’t care for but today the man that handed me my food basically shoved the food through my window as I was reaching for it causing me to hurt my hand. I was shocked, he was already incredibly rude and unprofessional but to be hurt physically is something else.On top of that they gave me the wrong order. I won’t be going back here and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I got food poisoning from here. This was the only fast food I ate in a long time. I’ve been vomiting and have had diarrhea since Saturday night (I got a farmers wrap and coffee early Saturday morning). Never had this happen at a Tim’s. The lady mishandled my food, when she handed me my drink, it was dripping all over me. I had to ask for a new cup. She was irritated, and you could see she didn’t want to do it. She later came back with my food and slammed it on the counter. As I said, this is the only fast food I had had so I know it was no other place.

Got a farmers wrap, asked for extra sausage and sauce. Lady making the food was talking nonstop to someone, so when she handed it to me I decided to check the food. She saw me checking and before I could finish she walked over and verified it had extra sauce and sausage so I decided to trust her, my mistake lol. Not only did I find out at home that it did not have extra sausage, she also forgot the hash brown so it was a wrap with sausage and so much sauce that it was comical. It was dripping out onto the table, 80 percent sauce, 20 percent sausage and nothing else. My moms small coffee also had a ton of coffee grounds in it, not normal for Tim’s coffee.

UPDATE: got a ripped cup AFTER I asked them to swap out a dirty one they were handing me. Now I have coffee leak in my car and on my desk. This place is unbelievable!!This is the second time I have had a horrible experience here with the past month and I have been coming here since 2011!The first horrible experience from earlier this month: I went through drive thru and was told that I was getting confused because i wanted to change my order WHILE ordering! I ordered a breakfast sandwhich and then decided i just wanted a bagel instead. This is all at the order speaker. She immediately replied with, it's already made. I reminded her im still placing the order and I changed my mind. Her exact words were, and I kid you not, you are confused. you already ordered". I again repeated myself that i wanted a bagel and not a sandwhich. She said

The cashier must have been tired or new or something; I spoke in a clear tone and normal volume my order for a “Large Decaf Double Double” and a Reese’s cookie, and he promptly inputs and says “large double Double”, I then politely corrected him. He makes and hands me my coffee and moves on to the next customer. I wait for a moment then let him know he forgot about my cookie.#FirstWorldProblems, but still.

This particular Tim staff is very unprofessional , So today morning I ordered large ice coffee and the lady who is preparing my coffee she filled my 60% glass with ice and 30% ice coffee mixture only and there was still 10% of empty space which was left emptySo basically I have paid full amount just for 30% ice coffee….This is really not done when customer is paying you full they suppose to get what they suppose to get.
