During the holidays, I visited the North Bay Ontario location of the Source in search of a specific charger for my lap top computer. The employees who waited on me could not have been more helpful in guiding me to the correct product. They even allowed me to open the package and test it prior to purchase. Their help saved me a several hour drive to find the product and I couldn't have been more appreciative. Thank you!!

Start off with they are pushy.We were pushed internet by bell to hopefully in 2 years not have to pay a deductible to get cell phones with bell as well. The employees yes multiple employees said this would work as it would build credit with the company if we don't miss a bill..2 years later we go in to see about switching.We set up our new phones. We then go to activate the chips and bell wouldn't let us without a 1600$ payment for 2 lines. Not including the 2 ipads that need plans as they are data plans.2 years ago our deposit was 400$So some how being with bell has made things worse.Don't go the the source they are clueless just go to the store and get it done right the first time. This store caused us allot of money for a screw up that we should have known better to avoid. They act nice only cause they know what they are doing.

Kasom was awesome. Helped me figure out my Virgin Plus discount. Quick and very nice. Very satisfied with my experience.
