ACME Appliance Repair

Horrible service. Told us we needed to order a part so he ordered it for us. Weeks go by, we hear nothing from him and doesn't return out calls. Finally we decide to go about route and replace the unit completely. He decides that he needs to be paid and asks for a service charge which we tell him no. Then he comes to our property and steals pieces out of our old dryer!! Low life.Edit: to your response, I don't care if I wasn't the owner or you didn't have the part, you still came back onto the property and stole parts that you didn't replace. My review still stands, you're a low life and way to take forever to respond. Good grief you must be bored

WOW! I am blown away from the service I just got from Acme. I called about getting a service call in my home, not only were they the best priced in Nanaimo but so helpful/ knowledgeable over the phone. In fact, they helped me out so much, that what I needed was a very simple fix on my freezer and they helped without needing to send out a technician. Thank you so much Acme! I will absolutely be telling everyone about you, next time if I’m not so lucky with an easy repair, I know who I will be calling for a service.

i'm very impressed with Ryan’s response and expertise with our recent washer issue. He called back promptly and after discovering the problem he even provided a solution that was more cost effective than we expected. Had we gone with anyone else we would have certainly paid more, done unnecessary work and had it take longer. Thanks Ryan! Honest and professional.

ACME Appliance Repair is an excellent, professionally run service. I had several problems w my Bosch dishwasher and Ryan (tech) quickly diagnosed the issues, ordered replacement parts and effectively repaired the unit to A-1 condition. ACME does great work!

I called and spoke to Ryan at acme, from the very beginning Ryan has very helpful! He came out the next day, gave me a very well written invoice with all the information for my insurance company, charged me a very reasonable price and did it all with a smile.I couldn't be happier with my service, Acme is always my first call and I'm never disappointed.

I was very pleased with the experience. Listened well to my problems and then told me very quickly what the problem was but that I had an older fridge and couldn't say how long the fridge would last. I decided to go with this company. I liked he was honest and told me that ; and gave me alternative not to Not only fixed the problem easily but still working two years later.

If you don't want your time wasted, I suggest based from my experience look somewhere else for repair. I had a confirmed appoinment for the technician to go check my fridge at 3-5pm yesterday but nobody showed up. No phonecall or message to tell me they are not gonna make it. So I called them and left a message asking what happen to the scheduled visit but come next day still no phonecall from them. I was atleast expecting them to give me a callback and explain on what happen but I guess that is not how they do business.

Ryan came by the same day I called and was able to diagnose my fridge problem. He told me what to get, where to get it and he showed me how to install. Everything works fine now and I am very happy that I called Ryan.ThanksJeff
