TOA Canada Corporation

When I did my first install 45 years ago, I used TOA products. The reliability is superb. Never have they gone the China way by building products by price or profit. The only problem is that I rarely get return calls for service but I do get many calls for additional installations because of their quality. Thanks - life is so much easier with TOA.

After I received the ordered microphone I tested it with my speaker and found that my voice sounded like a computer/radio voice. I had tested the speaker with two other microphones before which worked fine. I called customer service to find out how to return the item and found out that they have a 7 day return policy. Since I had received the item 10 days ago I was told I had to cover 15% of the purchase price and the return shipping cost. In comparison to any other online purchase I have made this is a pathetic customer service and I had to make a claim through PayPal to get my money back. Very frustrating!

I want to thank TOA for the support they gave us. We are a non-profit organization with limited operating budget, and if it wasn’t for TOA support I’m not sure what I would have done.Thank You so Very Much!
