This place is very bustling at lunch time. Some farmers offer their goods in the parking lot during the day. Nice little commercial area in front of a park.

It's ok.Has restaurants, a pharmacy, few clothing type stores etc.Nothing that fancy but it's been clean and quiet. Lunch time it's hectic with the school kids from the area. It's a pretty nifty location for MUN students. I enjoy the international options in there/near there. There are also some banking, physio or medical places. It's a business hub providing an array of goods and services. It even has like a farmer's market or fresh product flea market type thing in the parking lot. I don't regular enough to know hours or the season of it; but it's amazing to see it all happening there.

Not much in the way of shopping. Largely a combination of residential and commercial.

Be Careful shopping here, they are ticketing customers going in quickly for supplies at Shoppers, I even confronted the public service who gave me the ticket, and I even showed him a receipt. No one has time to deal with parking for a quick transaction, the ticket is no joke it's going to cost $50.00 . They are suppose to protect the parking lot from MUN students taking advantage of parking, but this has gotten way out of hand. This is St.Johns, it's not even downtown, yet they are asking for parking payment, and heavily enforcing it.
