very bad experience second time not even an hour my shellac came offfrom two of my nails. highly suggest no go there

This was the WORST hair cut experience I have ever had. I could have done better cutting it myself.I walked Into this salon with hair almost to my belly button and asked for a trim and LONG layers. I ever showed the hair dressed pictures of what I wanted.She proceeded to cut my hair completely dry.I realized she didn’t know what she was doing when I noticed she kept cutting and cutting and cutting more length off.She cut my hair up to shoulder length and with layers that looked like complete disconnected step from the front to back.I literally had to ask her to stop cutting and get someone else who can fix her mistakes, in which she got the owner of the salon to come fix my hair.They proceeded to charge me $34 for a hair cut that I did not ask for.I was too afraid at the time to speak up for myself and say I’m not paying for something I didn’t ask for.I was so upset that the next day, I called to have my money refunded. The owner only obliged to give me half my money back.I feel I should have been refunded the total cost for leaving there with a hair cut I totally didn’t ask for. 6-8 inches gone and a style Nothing like what I asked for.Safe to say I will never be returning to this salon.Pics included-What I had, what I asked for, what I got.

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR....On Friday I went to my regular person n as I wanted to lighten my hair she bleached it. She also left it on for over 30 mins n I wasn't until I told her my head was burning did she wash it she did not check the hair at all during this time. After washing the hair toner was used. I had asked for a trim. I specifically told the woman doing my hair to keep it layered. She blow dried my hair than started straighten. I felt my hair lighter I didn't know why. On Saturday I woke up to a mess. My hair was burned. And when I say burnt half of the back hair was gone from being down my back to just my neck. I could feel the straw like condition of the hair. I had a lot of hair and in 24 hrs its was gone. I did call tammy and I was shocked by her response. Instead of saying come in and we deal with it she blamed the bleach and how it can do that. It's not the 1st time I get my hair bleached. The quality of service has deteriorated progressively over the years since I started going there. It always new people that cant speak English to understand the clients.Attached are what my thin hair looks like. One thing I did notice was the flat iron had a lot of hair on it which it shouldn't. So if you plan to visit please be careful.update....I did confront tammy again she said the bleach did she also said my hair was damaged. If my hair was damaged according to her why bleach it? No response if it was the bleach why not check on it? Nothing

Very sweet ladies, unfortunatelyhardly speak or understand English. Not a very clean place. They use the same nail file callous remover and others from customer to customer. She used the same on my feet after using on a customer who had fungus on her feet. Now I have the same on sole of my feet and the blade she used to remove hard skin she cut sole of my foot, small incision which is now very painful and I am praying it does turn septic. The ladies are too busy talking among themselves in a language only they understand. At times customers feel they are making fun. The lady working on my feet was turning back to chat not focusing on my feet. Hardly did her job did not even give me hot towel or lotion on my feet. Sorry I am sad and hurting. Never going back to this place. They need to have separate sets of cleaning tools at each pedicure station and sanitize after each use so no one else gets foot fungus from another customer because of their carelessness.

Oh how nice love this place! One of the best salons for miles!! Always polite and accommodating and I love the free hand designs. I would 100% recommend them!

I went in for Shellac and they ended up charging me for Manicure plus shellac. When I asked her why is she charging me for both, she said because she filed my nails(which I believe is a part of shellac) and I should've stopped her from cutting the cuticles if I did not want manicure. She did not give me a hand massage nor a hot towel which is a part of the manicure. I called the next day to speak with Maggie, she said she did the massage you just don’t remember it.

Helen Tammy and Vivian are absolutely amazing young ladies with a lot of knowledge! My girlfriend and I always have a great time 5 star service and 5 star staff!!

I am using my husbands account to post this reviewMy name is Nicole and I got my nails done today at maggies hair and nails and the time and care that was put into making sure they gave the UP MOST care to make sure i was pleased with my nails. They did an amazing job! Recommend anyone to go there for sure!

Maggie is super nice. Very Caring lady. The shop is immaculately clean and they are hygienic as well she offers a plethora of services everything that you would need for a spa day treat. I initially went to get a full acrylic set but then opted to get biogel on my own nails. They looked great initially and I was super happy when I left. However the biogel on my nails started lifting and breaking off in chunks within 2 days. I was super upset since I went away for the weekend and wasn't even doing anything laborious with my hands. No cooking cleaning or dishes and still they were coming off. I'm yet to return to this shop but I really hope this was a one off incident because Maggie is the epitome of spectacle customer service.
