I had an outstanding experience at spectacle company! I had Tom Ford glasses for many years but due to an event involving my friends dog, the lens popped out and the frame was chewed. I didn't know what to expect when I brought my glasses in, however, they replaced the glasses (frame and all) without charging me. FANTASTIC customer service. Anyone who is looking to buy glasses in London should definitely come here!!

This place is great, stuff are so friendly and know what they are doing. I was so picky for my glasses, they gave me the best advice and ordered me the frame that they didn’t have in store. it was supposed to take 2 weeks to get in and a week to put the proscription. However, they made the process way faster and made sure i get my glasses asap ( i had my glasses donde in a mater of one week when it was supposed to take 3). After getting my glasses done with the my proscription they made sure it fits perfect and kept adjusting it to suit me the best way. Marie was the best in making sure i’m happy with my new glasses.

I bought lenses & frames here a few years ago and have been nothing but happy with the service, selection, pricing and quality of product. I had to buy new lenses last year & when they came in and didn't work for me, they replaced the lenses free of charge and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I've suggested many friends shop here to find a unique selection of classy frames!

This eye place company is very professional and has a great selection of frames. During the covid times they had everything set up so you could still safely get your eyes tested and try on frames. They sanitized everything before putting them back on the shelf.

Never spent a dime here before, came in with a pair of glasses i had sat on, they fixed and cleaned them for me completely for free. Definitely sending anyone i know that needs glasses here

Hi, I went in a few days ago to try on glasses and I had a very unpleasant experience with a gentleman salesperson, he only let me try on 3 pairs of glasses and didn’t have the pair I originally went in to see. Won’t be visiting any time soon.

A year ago I would have given this store a 5 star review. Unfortunately the customer service has been horrendous lately. I ordered a pair of frames to try and was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. I was never contacted. 3 months later (last week) I called to purchase the frames since I had decided to just bite the bullet and get on with my glasses search. I dealt with the same sales representative who told me he wasn’t sure if the frames could be ordered and promised to call me back. Once again, I never heard from him. I was literally asking him to take my money and he still couldn’t organize himself enough to complete the transaction. I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses through them over the years and the customer service was always exceptional. I wanted so badly to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was impossible. I’m writing this review with the hope that whoever owns this store can take action and restore it to its former glory. In the meantime, I have moved on.

I called them to see if they could put new lenses in my old frames and they said it would be no problem. I was also told that they would make sure when I received my glasses that they would make sure everything fit perfectly before I walked out. They proceeded to break my old frames, so I had to purchase a new pair. I was called when they were ready, went to pick them up and was handed the finished product. They didn't offer me a fitting to see if they fit properly. It was, here you go and goodbye. I would never recommend this place.
