Sad to say after coming to this location for over 10 years, I will never be coming back again. The manager made a huge deal over $29 Nike slippers and refused my first ever return as a loyal customer. They claimed it was too worn. These are very light pink sandals. Any mark on them will show even after trying them on in the shop. Horrible business practice, especially treating a customer so disrespectfully over a couple of dollars. Will never be shopping here again and will purchase directly from the real stores instead as you don’t really save much plus returns are much smoother. Will shop directly with Nike instead from now on and will recommend others to shop directly from the outlet shops instead.

We have been buying our sportswear and footwear from this store since 2017. The store is huge and has a vast selection! We went over the weekend and it was packed. Staff were nice and Abdi helped us pick up the right shoe size for our child.Really good prices, can’t even remember the last time we went to the mall. Brand names without the high price. Highly recommended!

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My orders tracking number was not working so I called to find out the status of my order. I spoke with 3 employees and I heard multiple different stories from them all. 1) your order was received from the shipping company but can't find it. 2) your order was delivered to your address - to check with neighbors if we didn't receive it 3) it was never sent out- we have your package right behind us here and are getting it ready to send out.I was told since it apparently was delivered to my address which was not the case- that they could not give me my money back. The sales rep on the phone said that the convo was getting heated and that she was going to take this to a higher level. I then asked for her name to which she replied no" and hung up. Excellent customer service.But wait its not over.. I was contacted by someone else who told me that the courier did receive but cant find my package and that I should not listen to the other sales associates who spoke to me and to only contact her. What the heck is going on at this company? This hasn't been resolved. The courier has lost the package and SVP is apparently pulling together my order again.. Right.. products that were almost out of stock...This company is a scam and I will never order from them again. I will let my friends and family know about this. You've lost me as a customer."

Very good store with huge inventory of shoes for all age groups, men and women. They also have sports wear, socks, bags, accessories etc. Many good sports brands at great prices can be found. Must visit once if looking to shop for shorts shoes, sports wear, socks etc. The staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. Well organized store. They are open 7 days and much longer than other stores.

I am so angry because I ordered shoes at this shop and was waiting more than 7 days to complete my order (deliver to the shop location). During this week my order didn't track and after 3 days I got the message that 'don't worry we are working on your order'. After 7 days I got the message that my order can't complete because they don't have it! Why I was waiting so long and you don't have it!?!!! After my request that I want my money back, they don't call me and I don't have any information regarding my payment! I definitely don't recommend this shop. Horrible service and customer support!

Bought a pair of turf shoes for my son, they fit great and he loves them. Super fast delivery and on the ball with play by play delivery via txt updates all the to my front door. I received the order in a few days. Website is easy to navigate and check out was simple and straightforward. I've been using SVP for a years and I've never had any issues.Thanks for the awesome end to end service SVP!

Never has a issue here. Staff are great and very helpful! Perfect place though to get name brand stuff at a discounted price! I got this popular adidas superstars in white for like $50 but if I were to get that from Browns which is a shoe store in Vaughan mills it would be $160. I know this because my sister actually purchased hers from the mall and now she regrets it. Anyways my blue jays jacket I would it on clearance section actually and I only got that for $25 and my kappa shirt was actually part of new arrivals so it was $20. Last but not least the Nike headband now that’s a must have!
