Just came to get vacuum bags.The minute I walked in gray hair gentlemen looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head. No hello , no smile, just a what do you need .Just felt like I was really bothering him by whating to come in and buy something . I guess there is other stores.Sorry to bother you.

Tom and the staff did a great job of servicing my central vac canister within an hour of bringing it into the shop. I was having further issues with the system at home so Tom offered to zip up to the house, fixed the problem and told me that there was no charge. It has been a pleasure working with this business and I will recommend them to everyone who needs quality work done by kind people!

Aug 11, 2022 The service was poor. The phone rang, (It must have been the queen of England on the line) the generally the policy is to put the call on hold and serve the instore customer, but he was running from front of the store to the back, did not answer my questions, he tried to push a stash of vacuums out of the way so I could get to the shelf with shampoo, but he did not even try to explain the difference between the products. I choose one, and while I was paying he was still on the phone. Next time I will choose a different store, even if the location is not as easily accessible...

We're very happy with the work Tom performed on our central vac. He diagnosed the reason why the suction was week and suggested he install a new motor. Now it works like new and the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Took my vacuum to get repaired and Tom and his staff were awesome! They talked to me honestly about the economics of fixing our 17 year old Miele against buying a new one and they didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive model when we decided on a new one. Great service, great staff, great people! Definately recommend them.
