Horrible customer service. I have been going to this location for over a year. Super rude staff, not friendly at all. Staff is not willing to answer questions and provide suggestions. They are not knowledgeable on products and are super reluctant to help. Save your time and money and go to pet smart or pet land.

Over the years we've been shopping with Pet Planet, especially Country Hills location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable. We recently adopted cats and decided to try the Lion Cut with the groomer Stephanie, she does amazing work! Keep it up Pet Planet!

This is an updated redo of a previous review I'd written. From negative to positive! ^-^My first visit to this location (11 months ago) didn't feel great as I felt ignored by the staff...Things are 110% different now. I have become a regular customer and every time I go in is a great experience.Even in my not-so-positive original review I highlighted the wonderful selection of toys, treats, equipment, chews and other awesome items. The quality and quantity have always been awesome at all Pet Planet locations.But it was important to me to write a new review as the staff are also wonderful. I now confidently recommend this location to anyone who asks. Great job to the entire Pet Planet Country Hills team!

Pet Planet Country Hills Town Centre
Pet planet was very helpful with helping us find new treats, and a couple toys for are puppy. The staff were very friendly and provided great customer service the store was kept very clean and organized. They even gave us a ball, and a little bag of treats that surprised us. We will definitely be back.
