GTA Hot Tub Repair

Terrible experience. They do not answer their phone and even hung up on me when I did try to get through.*Reply to comment*I was very happy with the replacement of the pump however since then the service has been terrible. I have tried phoning 4 times a day for the last two weeks with the message always saying the inbox full. I have not recieved a call back from you since and have been told that I was going to have the cover delivered on tuesday of last week, which has not happened. I also was told that you would contact the other party involved which has not happened. If you are able to phone me back and fix this I am happy to edit this review.

Did a job for me with an inground pool and hot tub was excellent job maintaining good relations and was satisfied with overall installation and product!!

Jordan was very professional and helpful. He came at the same day we called late in the night to fix our hot tube and avoiding the water from freezing (-20C degrees was outside). He replaced the pump and everything looks new again. Thank you.

Be careful to work with him!!, I have contract with him and he always asked for money. my work should be finish within 4 days, and now we are 2 month till not he didn't finish my pool and not pickup phone always have excuses. I hired another company they checked his work as he damaged my backyard and my pool panel however I report him in the court and local police. I asked him( Blair or Jordan ) multiple times to come and fix the problem u did or at least finish his work but he ignore it. I lost more than $12K

My hot tub was not receiving power and had flipped the GFSI which could not be reset. It happened on Friday night and I couldn’t find anyone to come and look at it. I was quite worried about freezing. Finally I spoke with Jordan on Sunday morning. He told me he had several calls already that day but he promised he would come out at some point that same day. It was nearing 6 pm and I was sure no one would be coming that late on a weekend. Jordan contacted me around 7 pm and said he was on his way!He arrived at 8:00 pm and within minutes had diagnosed the problem and had replacement parts with him. In less than 2 hours, my hot tub was up and running!I was extremely impressed with Jordan, he was polite, was very upfront with what he was thinking, was very transparent on the pricing. He worked in the dark, in the cold, at 9 pm on a Sunday night! Jordan exemplifies a great work ethic and customer service. I definitely recommend this company and would have no hesitation using them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Installed hot tub, next day issues -heater blows breaker and it has a leak (it’s been 3 weeks now each day promising service and never shows) answers texts only when he wants, calls go to voice mail which is full - gave me 2 year warranty on my hot tub - never had it 1 day and broke and not fixedAfter giving bad report - told me to take report down he would come out next day ( I’m sick of the false promises) so when I didn’t take post down he said would not be coming out then and to drain my hot tub

Amazing service was provided! I had an issue with my tub and I was hosting an event that evening. I placed the call and received amazing service the same day! My event was a success!Highly recommend this business!!THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

5 star customer experience with Jordan!!! I called out of the blue with no heat in my hot tub. He came that night and replaced my heater quickly and efficiently. Super trustworthy and all around great guy. I’d recommend this business 100%!!!
