I had a bad experience too with cashier guy - evening shift. He is very rude. The owner has to move this guy if he want more customers. I thought it was just me, but after I reviewed the below complaints against him I noticed he is the bad apple.

Prices here are great. Only place in Ottawa to get yourself a slushie

Convenient spot, always busy but moves quick

The first couple visits to this establishment were very pleasant. I found the place to be very clean and the employees were very friendly.Today, I saw a huge sign on the window advertising for Milanos Pizza. 2 pizza slices for $5.I was dissapointed to learn that the pizza was sold out. When I asked if there was more pizza the owner rudely told me that if there is no pizza-there is no pizza.I asked why advertise for pizza if there is no pizza after lunch. I found the sign misleading. Anyone looking for food would stop because of the sign.The owner was very rude.He proceeded to tell me that all of his clients know the pizza is only available in the morning until 1pm.I will never go here for pizza, gas, or anything else!Update six months later: no more Milano sign...I needed gas so I unwillingly stopped at C-store. The pump leaked gas all over my hand and jacket.When I told the owner, he said he knew and he made a call. ??? I told him it would be smart to warn customers... He then asked me to put a bag over the handle to tell the next person the pump is closed.Some people are

Very bad costumer service. Guy was busy with his phone and did acknowledge when i came to the cash , i waited couple of minutes and still the guy was busy with the phone. When i said Hai, he seem very annoyed and talked rude to me.

Store attendant wore his mask as a chin strap. Other customers with no masks at all. This place clearly values your money more than your safety.

Gas is good here. And coffee

Attendant was so rude when the pump tried to eat my card and proceeded to talk about me to other customers as I was leaving. checking with my credit card company to be sure I wasn't charged twice (once at the pump and again inside)

I visited this convenience store on 2022-02-08 at 21:12 and I am appalled by the insanely awful customer service I received from the bilingual middle-aged male working. The moment I walked up to the counter he started insulting the customer that was before me because he didn't want to prepay at the pump (I never do because half the time the pumps malfunction). Then I asked for a lottery ticket for tonights draw and while he was asking if i wanted my receipt he was getting ready to throw it in the garbage. I said, I'll take it just in case please (like i always do) and his response was slim chance" and started laughing!!! Unbelievable. I will not return

Good service, friendly staff. Store shelves seem allows full of stock.Does not have carwash available onsite, however you can buy prepaid carwash cards which u can use at one and onLy carwash locations in Ottawa - 685 River road.This location will offer in store food and basic amenities. Al in all cheaper gas than any nearby locations for sure.
