I think everything at this location is great. Stock is usually orderly, not misplaced, help is friendly and easy to find, staff actually show up when paged, the store is not so crowded with customers. Although less conveniently located for me, I intend to make this location my primary choice because of the overall good experiences I have had here. I recommend this location highly.

If you need something from CT this is the one to go to, not the Thunder Centre(Fort William Rd). Employees seem happier and in my experience are much more helpful/knowledgeable. My rate of bad experiences here are about the same as rate of half decent at the other one"."

I would like to take the time to say that I had an outstanding customer service experience with CT Automotive Service!! From the time I walked in to the moment I left Justys was absolutely amazing!! He was phenomenal with me and kept in contact all day, he went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of and left a happy customer! I would also like to mention Tyler, he was the gentleman who did the work on my SUV and he also was very attentive and kept me in the loop! Both gentlemen made my day and made me smile & laugh, which is very comforting as a customer!! I was having a not so great day and they made it a great day! Absolutely exceptional customer service!! Thank you Justys & Tyler ☺️

They have almost everything for your house and your leisure time: sport, gardening, fishing, hunting...The price is while high compare with one from Amazon but you don’t have to wait. T-fal pan here often very good promotion.I love the tool area. The hunting is the one that every man can find their ambition here. Worm here is big and good for fishing. I often buy them here before go to Cloud Lake. Licences and books are available here.

Again a quick trip to Canadian Tire and again 25 minutes in line 23 people in the line and only 2 checkouts. This is every time I go to this Canadian tire. Asked if there was a manager when I finally made it to checkout and was told to go look were doing are best,wow is all I can say .Very poor management and 0 customer service. Hope the regional or district manager pays a visit soon ,maybe they can help this store.

Canadian tire is always good. I prefer going to the thunder center location as it has a hotdog stand though.

Hit the Arthur st store . Quick pick up for storage bag to put Xmas lights away. Half the store is a construction zone. However staff member asked what I was looking for and got me to new location. Great personal service

10 stars if I could give 10 stars. The service department went out of their way to help me out. They were helpful and very friendly. They identified an issue with my tire that the CDN tire store in MTL Verdun overlooked. I really appreciate GREAT customer service and think everyone in the service department - especially Ernest - deserves a raise. Thank you for the help!
