Walmart Supercentre

Severely understaffed. We waited for 45 minutes to pickup our stuff after receiving confirmation for pickup! There was only 1 employee picking orders for all the cars parked (mind you all the parking spots were taken, some cars were waiting on the side to take the pickup spot). They should really hire more staff.

HiiThis is the only Walmart near my home I went there 2,3 times a week. One day a staff lady Nurin ask me for Walmart card and said that if I buy for 50 dollars I just have to pay 25 and told me to do grocery of 50 dollars then I bought some unnecessary stuff but when I received my bill of 50 dollars I ask her about that and she just answered that the offer has expired before I make the Walmart card.Beware that kind of lier and manipulating staff over thereThank you

I visit there on regular bassis.Walmart is always one of the best All in one store in Canada and this is one too. Recent change made last year where they made a different Indian/Asian essentials food Aisle.Ready to eat chicken is also available.You can get your Covid shots here by appointment. There photography section is not organised properly. Once I had to visit/order my photographs three time again and again to get it.Lots and lots of stuff.Thanks for the hard work.

Surprised to see shaving blades in the locks. I had to call an employee to open up the glass closet to buy shaving blades is so ridiculous and time consuming at this location in springdale

The worst. I’m 9 months pregnant, had to go get change from customer care to pay for a buggy. Line was so long, I went to self check out to see if they could give me change, they couldn’t so I had to go back to customer care. I’d rather go to the Bolton location. I’m not sure why you have to bring change for a buggy. They also don’t supply baskets.

What a great Walmart! Super stocked and clean! They had the best selection of holiday shopping I could find from any other Walmart! Easy to access from both Mayfield and Bramalea entrances. They also had the fastest moving cash lines I’ve ever seen! My “go to” Walmart for everything I need!

if i have a choice to give zero star i will definitely give that. one lady Her name is kulwinder she said she is customer service manager, but with her talking she looks like illiterate lady. She was really rude with us we go over there to exchange our stuff first they said we can buy anything from the whole store then we choose the stuffs she said they are not going to exchange these things. she was really rude she don’t know how to talk with people. but then we answered and told her its her employee fault then she don’t have anything to say.

I am standing in the lineup for the one cash that is open at 4pm, when people are picking up groceries after work. The self-serve lineup is all the way into the clothing racks. Poor planning for a Thursday.

Standing in line behind 3 families in the self checkout- the young boy “cashier” allowed them to go through and cash out- no issues- I was with my 8 year old- holding some clothes for her. He then called the family behind me to cash out- they went- I thought ok maybe he thought I wasn’t ready even though Ive been standing here. Then he calls another family behind me- says he will cash them out- I’m like ??? Excuse me I’ve been standing in line??? He just stared at me- then he GETS ANOTHER FAMILY to go in front of me! I’m like hello??? Am I invisible?! I’ve been standing here and I told u I’m in line- he said well they only have 1 item… so I have 8 items but I have to wait even longer now because I’m buying more?! It’s not the 1-12 line- it’s self checkout?! He was Indian and of course every family that was able to go ahead of me was also. IVE never in my whole life been treated so poorly. I’m a customer SPENDING MORE MONEY- yet being treated like garbage because we’re not south Asian?! I tried to speak to a manager but the lady in front of me in the customer service line said good luck I’ve been waiting FOR THE SAME ISSUE. This is disgusting. I will never step foot in a Walmart again. This is terrible customer service
