SuperCover Hot Tub Covers

Although I live in the US, I I ordered two custom covers for a hot tub and separate fountain from Super Cover in Canada and have extraordinary praise for their company. They worked with me with exact measurements, sent me material samples, promptly answered emails, texts and/or phone calls, delivered on time, with absolutely no difficulties with customs or shipping. It was the most satisfactory ordering process I have encountered on the Internet. Obviously I took a chance with a substantial amount of money, but Mike's trustworthiness was evident when I spoke with him. And he delivered!

Great service and product. Went with the Prograde and couldn't be happier. We live north of Toronto in the snow belt and wanted something more durable. So far we are pleased and would recommend.

We live just outside St. John's, NL, where the winds can be quite high, the snow can be very heavy and we go through a swim spa cover every three years. So for our fourth cover, we went looking for something more substantial.My husband found the Supercover website, and soon we were scanning through it, noticing that it distinguished itself from all the others we had seen with its offers of high quality material. Curious, we emailed for a quote, and quite quickly not only received an email quote, but also lots of supporting videos and images to show why their covers stood out from the rest.Mike called or emailed us whenever we had a question, did not put any pressure on us, but simply gave us all the support we needed to make every decision.In the end, we decided to get the best - shark skin! The finished cover had rhino skin on the bottom, and super fabric skirting. The styrofoam is more dense and about 3 inches thicker than our old cover, so it insulates better in the winter. There are more handles to help with lifting the cover. The strapping is wider, so the pieces secure together better. Overall, it is an extremely high quality cover, and we are very pleased.We also purchased a cover cap for the cover, and ran into a couple of snags with it, since water and ice was getting trapped in-between the outer layer and the bubble layer. Mike got a second one built for us that doesn't include the bubble layer, so we should get the protection of the cap without the weight of the trapped water/ice.Mike from Supercover was excellent to work with. I can't say enough good about him. And the cover is excellent quality. We highly recommend this company and their covers.

Excellent product, service, and responsiveness. The cover does its job with virtually no maintenance other than a seasonal rinse with the garden hose. Minimal water absorption compared to previous standard cover that came with the spa. My SuperCover lasted for years and I expected it to be the last I would ever need. Unfortunately, an invasive experiment with the cover caused it's destruction and I recently had to replace it. The new one is the same impeccable quality and ruggedness and liftable" weight (though I will be installing a hydraulic lifter for winter convenience). This time I won't let anyone mess with it and I expect it to remain pristine in its performance for many

Mike is super knowledgeable about the several choices they offer for hot tub covers best suited to survive deep cold winters, abuse from snow scrapers, sunfading, pulling at the seams, weight of heavy snow, and exposure to chemicals and constant steam. His passion for their superior custom made products is unparalleled! I decided on a tough new cover for my Lancelot 3000 Dynasty Spa with tough, impervious to chemicals Rhinotek on top and bottom, with SuperFabric sides and skirt that will retain its drape without becoming rigid in -30 temps we see in Calgary every winter. Cant wait to replace my standard issue vinyl cover with its holes and tears, water logged foam core, and inside layer that is literally hanging into the water of the tub! In June of 2015 we took delivery of a Dynasty Aquex Pro 17 swim spa complete with swim spa cover. A year later material on the under side of the spa cover started pulling away from the stitching. Finally In July of 2017 one section of the spa cover became water saturated making it very difficult to lift off and on the spa. We priced replacement covers from a well known Ontario hot tub/swim spa cover manufacturer and a Dynasty swim spa dealer. Both prices were in the $1500.00 to $1600.00 range plus shipping and taxes. September of 2017 after talking with Mike at Super Cover we ended up purchasing the StingRay LITE swim spa cover. Although this cover has a slightly higher price point, the heavier material used and construction design is far superior to our old swim spa cover and well worth the increased cost. The original swim spa cover measurements were 197 X 91, while the Dynasty swim spa spec sheet shows the swim spa length at 199 inches and 92 inches wide. Our StingRay LITE swim spa cover is 202 inches in length and 91 inches in width. Mike was very helpful in ensuring the cover we ordered properly fit our swim spa. Very pleased with quality and fit of our StingRay LITE swim spa cover and expect it to last much longer than our previous swim spa cover.Super Cover also has a cover cap available for hot tub and swim spa covers. I highly recommend the purchase of the cover cap for any swim spa cover owner. The cover cap provides protection to your spa cover from rain, snow and UV sun damage. We live 3 hours NW of Toronto on the lake Huron shoreline and encounter heavy snow falls. The material used in the top cover construction allows snow, slush and ice to be easily removed from the top cover. My experience this winter any snow accumulation is removed with much less effort from the top cover compared to just a spa cover. The cover cap is one piece and has an elastic hem plus locking straps that allow secure installation over the top of your swim spa cover. When removing the top cover i use a 8 foot long piece of 4 inch diameter PVC pipe to roll the top cover on to. This makes it easy to remove and install the top cover particularly on windy days. The top cover is a worth while investment to protect your swim spa cover from the elements and extend your spa cover life.

A top quality product and superb customer service. We get lots of snow, ice and deep-cold temps in the SW Ontario snow belt, and have replaced multiple traditional spa covers (and one roll-up cover that barely survived the winter). We are completely satisfied with SuperCover service and our new ProGrade swimspa cover. It's high quality and heavy duty, but not too heavy to manage. Mike is incredibly responsive to questions, emails and calls, and will spend the time to ensure everything is top tier. The custom cover arrived ahead of schedule, despite lockdown measures, and Mike immediately followed up to ensure all was in order. You'll pay more in the short term, but the return is there in quality and service.

Best hot tub covers on the market nothing can compare to the quality of supercover hot tub covers. These covers handle the toughest of terrain rain,sleet and snow. Definitely would shop again if I needed another hot tub cover.

Ordering was easy, with clear measurement instructions. All the available materials and options were discussed in detail to ensure my cover was specified correctly to meet our use and environmental requirements. Mike was very knowledgeable about his product, other companies products, and hot tub care in general. Pictures of my setup and pictures of their products were exchanged to help evaluate options and ensure correct measurements. He was able to clearly articulate which specifications and options we should use and why. Shipping options to Florida were discussed. A detailed quote with a build sheet was sent before payment and construction began. We were given updates including pictures of our cover as the build progressed.Delivery: ExcellentAll in all it took about a month from start to finish. This was much faster than many other companies in the U.S. making cheap products advertised. Freight to Florida was reasonable, especially since we picked up from the warehouse instead of a drop shipment, something other customers should consider. The cover was well packed and arrived in perfect condition.Product: ExcellentWe ordered the full RhinoSkin ProGrade cover with additional Cover Cap. It is all black and looks very sharp and modern, unlike your 1980s looking average vinyl cover. Fit and finish are excellent. The RhinoSkin is thick and very tough. The underside is also covered in RhinoSkin, no cheap mesh or exposed insulation here. Internally, the cover is sealed with a thick double vapor barrier. The seam is seriously heavy duty, and has extra flaps for sealing in heat and sealing out debris. Features include quality rubber exterior handles, plentiful security straps and buckles, and maneuvering handles on the underside of the seam for easy positioning. The waterproof Cover Cap was highly recommended by Mike to give the cover extra protection from the elements. I know what you are thinking: “why does the cover need a cover?” After using the product, I can tell you that the Cover Cap provides much needed relief from the hot Florida sun and plentiful rain. This extra protection will give the already outstanding RhinoSkin and stitching extra service life and fade resistance, but also help prevent rain water from seeping in, which is a leading cause of early hot tub cover death. The cap has an elastic band for easy and secure install/removal, plus its own security straps and buckles.Overall: ExcellentFrom initial contact to delivery, Mike made the process easy with his fantastic communication and detailed descriptions. This did not end after ordering, as even after delivery Mike called to confirm that the cover was delivered damage free, meets expectations and fits well. He also provided tons of information on preferred cover lifts and cover care. If you are in the market for a cover you owe it to yourself to give SuperCover a call!

The cover was designed to shield our hard top cover from harmful UV sun damage and to prolong the lifespan of the hard cover.It's lightweight and easy to put on and take off.
