I was introduced to A Place For Everything 4 years ago when a friend of mine moved into an assisted-living home. What I noticed about Anne and her team is the care they took to make my friend feel comfortable as they packed and unpacked his home. Moving is very difficult especially for the elderly but Anne and her team made sure that my friend felt in control of his homes organization. They never just put something somewhere without asking him first. They packed him, they unpacked him and they took away all boxes and packing material. APFE also found a fantastic moving company that handled my friends things with care and respect. When Anne and her team were finished it was like my friend had been in his new home for many years. Since then my friend has hired A Place For Everything three times. I was so impressed with their service I hired A Place For Everything to help me with my move last year. can't think of enough superlatives to tell you how wonderful Anne has been! Anne can tackle any task with professionalism and cheerfulness. She treats her customers (and their belongings) with respect. She helped us ready our old home for sale and helped us settle in to our new one. I have referred several friends to her who were moving or who had estate homes to sell and valuables to sort through. Every single person I have referred her to feels like she is their new trusted best friend. It takes a special warm and caring personality to deal with people who are going through any transition in their lives and Anne has the perfect good nature and all the skills to get the job done. Our realtors work with Anne and had her come by to do a home staging consultation, and we are so glad we had her come by! She was able to give us some wonderful ideas and tips that we could do at little to no cost and helped reorganize some furniture to maximize our space for showing. She was extremely thorough while going through each room of our home and took detailed notes. Within a few hours after leaving she sent us an email containing a checklist that was completely customized to our home, a general “listing/showing” checklist, as well as a move out list.
