Their service was top shelf, i was very uncomfortable using some of the other offered services on the internet as i was concerned by some of the reviews. I drove from Ottawa to Montreal to drop off my vehicle at Hansen's in the montreal train yards, sent the vehicle to Vancouver by train , my daughter picked up the vehicle slightly earlier than predicted and in the same shape as we handed it to them. Their price was the best as well. Steve

The best option I found for shipping my car from Vancouver to Montreal. Great service and friendly staff. Building #5 is about 1600m away from the 5901 Westminster Avenue entrance. At the entrance, turn left and keep going Southwest. Take the second level-crossing to the right and the building #5 will be a few meters away, to your left. It's a beige building

My experience with Hansen’s was excellent from the get go! They offered the best price, and the representative Crystal was friendly and professional!My last move was with another company who damaged my car with tow truck ropes on my hood, and they refused to take responsibility for the damages. The client service representative Tzoya Papoulias out of your Montreal location is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and should not be in the customer service department. I should of followed my gut the very first time I spoke with her she was very abrupt and short but I didn't and things only got worse from there. She avoided answering very basic questions like when my vehicle would arrive and about insurance policies. Thankfully I was able to speak to a manager and get a refund and find a shipping company with 99% better customer service that gave me accurate information. It's a shame because I'm sure the company itself is good just one very bad apple and in the wrong line of work.

I shipped my car from Calgary to Ottawa. I dropped it off at the Hansen's yard in Calgary on April 10 requesting an April 28 delivery time. At 9am on the 28th, I got a phone call from the driver that my Honda Civic was ready for pick up in Ottawa. So, I walked outside and received the keys. It actually could have been delivered earlier but I was not yet in Ottawa to accept delivery. I would definitely recommend Hansen's. And the people at Hansen's Calgary are very friendly.

Very professional. My car was shipped from Vancouver to Ottawa. It was delivered on time, with not a scratch. I could track my car the whole way. I would use them again for sure.

Hansen’s relocated my late father’s car from Victoria to Ottawa. It is a hugely sentimental automobile for me and they took great care transporting it, during winter none the less, delivering it to me without a scratch! The drivers on both ends were great and their customer agent, Debbie, was amazing. I was nervous shipping this car but they did an amazing job! Definitely would use them again. Thanks Hansen’s!
