I run a small business and have decided to switch to Cantec as they seemed more reliable. Unfortunately I gave one too many chances as I paid extea for PRIORITY, woke up early ensured my order was ready for only the driver to arrive late. They never answer their calls and delayed in responding to text messages. I am very disappointed in their service I have received lately. Will have to look into a different courier service as I can't afford my orders to not be picked up on time and delivered late.

Extremely poor customer service regarding multiple broken items shipped to WRONG addresses!! Emailed multiple times and got no reply. Bad service, highly recommend using a different courier.

Fast and reliable. I booked a pickup at 9am and they were at my office by 920am. Amazing customer service too! wish i got the name of the guy i spoke to, because when i had issues with their website, he stayed on the phone with me until I got my next pick up and delivery request in. Thank you!! So awesome!

Awesome courier company. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend from a local florist and they used Cantec as their 3rd party courier. Was able to get the flowers delivered last minute on the same day and received it within 2 hours. Would recommend their services to anybody in a pinch and looking for a quick courier company.

Ordered some flowers for my mom's bday and it has never arrived faster! Called the florist to ask who delivered it and I guess they made a swap to Cantec, and all I can say is it was worth the switch, from vancouver to coquitlam by middle of the day is surreal. Thank you guys!

We have tried different couriers in the past, but nothing beats Cantec Couriers. Their prices are unbeatable and they are the most reliable courier company we have ever used. Their website is user friendly and super easy to use and they also take a photo for proof once the delivery is completed. We will continue to use this company and would recommend them to everyone else. As a bonus, their customer support is also great!

We have been using Cantec for the last 8 months. We have been enjoying our experience with their team a lot.They were able to cover most of our clients, especially from the Tri-Cities and Surrey, which helps us spend more time taking care of our operation in the kitchen.What I find the best is that their drivers are always in contact with us during their delivery routes, especially when they can't reach out our customers. They try to contact them directly and if they can't they will get back to us right away and arrange a re-delivery.Sometimes there are small issues but the customer service was always able to accommodate a solution when problems arise!For small businesses like ours that rely on local delivery, we highly recommend them!

Do NOT bother with this courier service. Having anything of importance delivered at the end of your shift with rude drivers is unacceptable. 9-10PM with priority service? If that is priority they need a dictionary to look up the term. GO ELSEWHERE.
