Great place to live, quiet building, but in the middle of the action!

Haven't been there! Don't know anything about it!

Not recommended!This rental company and this building does not care about their customers.They charge the tenants for as per the agreement but they started removing the services the agreed to including BBQ, common room, Gym saloon etc.All the common rooms are opened now in other rental building in Halifax with respecting to COVID regulation including sanitizing, social distancing etc. This building does not open the common room and gym saloon since last 2 years saving a little money that way!We were having a broken dishwasher it took 4 months to get that replaced for us, They were keep saying there is no dishwasher available to be purchased in the market however I searcher and found a few in Home depot, Costco, etc ready for pick up but the building did not do it only to save some little money and not caring about tenants!They agreed to allow the BBQ in the balcony but after we signed the contract they said it is forbidding having propane BBQ in balcony again for saving some money for the insurance and not thinking about the tenants and being loyal to the agreement they agreed to.!I really do not recommend this building to anyone!

Nice building, Very clean. Whoever cleans that place should get a raise.

A very quiet, clean, and beautiful apartment complex. Management is very accessible and have always been helpful and respectful.
