I used Giffen lawyers, more specifically Jacqueline Fitzpatrick's services with the purchase of a business. They were given multiple days notice prior to the deadline but were not able to complete the transaction on time even though I was willing to take certain risks to complete the transaction. They waited until the last minute to let me know they couldn't complete it on time and therefore I lost the opportunity. As a first time trying to buy/start a business I felt that I was completely taken advantage of. I strongly recommend checking elsewhere before using their services.

Recently assisted Kyle Cleaver with 2 clients who had been left without financing close to closing. After helping the first one, Kyle referred me to a second client, which we coordinated and funded in under a week! I highly recommend Kyle for Real Estate Law, he is involved in the process and is looking out for his clients till funding!

*BEWARE* I would not recommend this firm and specifically John P. Murray. They made me incredibly uncomfortable with their unprofessional, threatening, and immature attitude.

I feel the lawyers did not have a real handle on my case . The money I handed over for the service , I could of accomplished with my BAI did however like dealing with Pete .I would not recommend this firm .

I went to them to deal with multiple Employment Law Issues. They burned through the retainer, with no results, other than leaving me to question whether they were working with my employer behind the scenes. Would not recommend .

My lawyer referred me. Instead of setting the expectation a lawyer will call me same day they should inform clients if they are not interested in taking new clients. Day 2, I was assured they would call in the morning. Day 3, still no phone call?
